We had a few issues with Wifi in outside bedroom and limited hot water in some rooms but didnt really cause us a problem as we shared.

The villa is a secluded haven perfect size and location . It would be helpful to have a locator map on the property as it took us a couple of days to orient ourselves . Turn left ... heart of culture turn right heart of Aussi culture . I appreciate we all have mobiles but not always able to access data which made it tricky at times. Also would be helpful to have contact details at site of taxi / bile hire etc . Hosts responded to requests when asked but easier to plan if you have info close at hand

The property was fantastic - great facilities both indoor and outdoor and close to shops, restaurants & the beach. My favourite touches were the portable Bluetooth speaker and beach towels :)

Everything, the property is beautiful and in a great location. Lots of space and the rooms are lovely and big. The showers have great pressure. The location is easy to get to and close to great cafes. We ended up extending our stay for two nights. Great place to stay with a group of friends

the area was surrounded by construction so we cant really sleep in in the morning. not much privacy in the pool in the day as the construction staff could look directly into the space, it's better at night when the construction stops.

good private space for couples, walkable to the restaurants/cafes around the area. also near the beach where there's very good seafood bbq. pool was nice and sunny, just remember to put on sunblock when you're in it.

I highly recommend this villa! Clean, spacious and really good location in the heart of Uluwatu! Near to all cafes, the space (yoga), bars and beaches. Fantastic villa!

Very noisy area and difficult to get some decent sleep. You can hear literally everything throughout all hours in the night and morning

The reason why I did not put a 10 is because it was too noisy for me I could not sleep (a lot of rusters and dogs around) but it's not the property's fault. The banana lounge for delivery is very convenient but a bit expensive for the portions we get. Otherwise perfect!

Shoreline was perfect for our girls trip. Each bedroom has an ensuite, perfect for a group. Plus another bathroom by the kitchen/pool. Comfy beds, modern design throughout house. The pool gets maximum sun throughout the day, so it was a gorgeous temperature and so nice to lay by. The staff team that came in daily and tidied up were so lovely and helpful. Banana Lounge a great restaurant was just down the road plus delivered! It exceeded our expectations so that is always good!

Was hard to use the local “Uber” and delivery apps as no cars would be detected to be “nearby” for pick up and hard to pin destination for drop-off.

The property and its pool were clean. Absolutely lovely modern beach house design. The host and the cleaning staff were very helpful. Access to Bingin beach was at walking distance. There were excellent restaurant options at 7-minute walking distance.

We had an absolutely brilliant stay and have no faults to express. Without a doubt we would choose to stay here every time in Bali.

This villa is faultless. It’s newly built so everything is fabulous. The facilities, the comfort, the cleanliness, everything was perfect. The cleaning staff that visit each day to tidy do a brilliant job and even clean all your dishes too. It’s a great combination of your own space, but with a lot of the benefits you would get in a hotel. Rory, our point of contact for our stay, was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Just the most incredible property! Rory is a fantastic host, who is extremely responsive and communicative. The villa is pristine, with every amenity you could ask for. I cannot wait to stay here again.

There was a terrible smell from a previous guest (got durian in the fridge), which made the fridge unusable and the ground floor barely useable. The host tried to clean it with lemons but did not solved the issue. Dirty sunbeds, moldy sunshades. In some places, the tiling was missing in the bathroom. All in all, it's not a good deal for that amount of money in Bali.

Great pool, seamless communication with the host, easy access with code via Whatsapp.
