We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Service is really good for all staff, especially supervisor Adi, attentive, and he remember all of our family member name and greet us every day druing brekfast time, asking us for any help we need, recommend us place to go. Moreover, Adi help us to arrange car service and restaurant booking (nearby hotel - Meliani, table he reserve for us get the best view of sunset), my family enjoy this holiday so much. This hotel get the best sea pool.view in Uluwatu, view is stunning.

Wonderful design and 5 star service. No request is left unanswered. The location on the clifftop is unique and so are the views. The rooms with private pool and sea views are perfect.

IndonesiaThe toilet looks like it was designed by Ikea. It has many bells and whistle to try to do a job that is efficiently done with a hand held waterhose, aka a bum gun, and some paper.
I liked the size of the private pool. The staff were both friendly and efficient, as you would expect. The food was generous and well prepared. I liked seeing the green sea turtles in the ocean, from the Cliff Top bar.

The hotel is in need of large maintenance work and furniture replacement (having been opened in 2018, it is shocking) - e.g. Persistent sewage smell around the pool, faulty room pool, wall paint looking old/damaged, door window damaged, holes on swim cover provided, cheap and damaged loungers, small and old pool towels (didn't cover even half), dying grass patches. Service is inconsistent at best. Food is overpriced vs quality. Horrible wifi.
Amazing view: the most beautiful undisrupted ocean view. Food: Don't even waste time going to any other restaurant than the cliff bar. Nice ice cream parlour. Some of the staff is very nice and attentive. You get to see monkeys!

United KingdomThe staff made our stay so special with little touches, such as a free room upgrade and cake in the room on arrival as we’d booked to stay for our honeymoon to sending ginger tea to the room when they found out I wasn’t feeling well. The hotel and location is beautiful and very well looked after.
