The fireworks during wedding was scary when we where in the room since no one inform us Another time we where in the restaurant and the fire work was very close to us I recommend to do it a little far away

We.like all things in this hotel

Service is really good for all staff, especially supervisor Adi, attentive, and he remember all of our family member name and greet us every day druing brekfast time, asking us for any help we need, recommend us place to go. Moreover, Adi help us to arrange car service and restaurant booking (nearby hotel - Meliani, table he reserve for us get the best view of sunset), my family enjoy this holiday so much. This hotel get the best sea pool.view in Uluwatu, view is stunning.

The view is magnificent! And the staff here are lovely and friendly. We also love our Villa which is spacious and it is designed with attention. We can see the stunning ocean view directly from our room, not to mention the lovely private pool.

Construction going on woke us up at 8am, although not super loud. There was one wedding on the first night so it was a little loud. The food program could be improved.

Wonderful design and 5 star service. No request is left unanswered. The location on the clifftop is unique and so are the views. The rooms with private pool and sea views are perfect.

there was a big wedding buy out so we were not able to spend our last day as the pool was closed and no body told us about it but hotel manager was super helpful to offer us free treatment in Spa.

great location and great property but you can feel Covid impact as it need some renovations.

just needs a few small fixes: wine glasses and bottle openers in rooms, do not disturb signs (we were not disturbed but would have helped to have these)

Nice property, activities club for kids, excellent staff. Special shout out to Putra who was managing the pool side during our stay and was super helpful.

We are Indians pure vegetarian but chef was not able to make even Aloo paratha even we should images.chef should be trained to cook international dishes.we had to remain hungry and go 40 min drive to take breakfast. Food should not be discriminatory .everyone should be catered.As lot of Indians travel to Bali.

it seems dated for a property that was 4 yrs old.

The toilet looks like it was designed by Ikea. It has many bells and whistle to try to do a job that is efficiently done with a hand held waterhose, aka a bum gun, and some paper.

I liked the size of the private pool. The staff were both friendly and efficient, as you would expect. The food was generous and well prepared. I liked seeing the green sea turtles in the ocean, from the Cliff Top bar.

I do not recommend this hotel. The hotel is in need of large maintenance work and furniture replacement (having been opened in 2018, it is shocking) - e.g. Persistent sewage smell around the pool, faulty room pool, wall paint looking old/damaged, door window damaged, holes on swim cover provided, cheap and damaged loungers, small and old pool towels (didn't cover even half), dying grass patches. Service is inconsistent at best. Food is overpriced vs quality. Horrible wifi.

Amazing view: the most beautiful undisrupted ocean view. Food: Don't even waste time going to any other restaurant than the cliff bar. Nice ice cream parlour. Some of the staff is very nice and attentive. You get to see monkeys!

The staff made our stay so special with little touches, such as a free room upgrade and cake in the room on arrival as we’d booked to stay for our honeymoon to sending ginger tea to the room when they found out I wasn’t feeling well. The hotel and location is beautiful and very well looked after.
