Snooze is even prettier in person. The bedroom was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and had a lot of pillows. The bathrooms were very clean. The girls from the front desk (Vena, Mahda, Dian, Talitha and Mutia) were extremely nice and helpful, they gave me recommendations, sent me maps and places to go to and they even helped me by calling an airline about a cancelled flight. I would 100% recommend. Also, great location and very good breakfast.

The staffs are super friendly and helpful. They are so kind to guide you through if you need any help. The environment is top notch for a hostel. The sharing lounge is great and has such amazing vibe to chill and wind down. This place is perfect for any backpack traveler.

The team at Snooze is really lovely and helpful. The hostel facilities are made of several outdoor shaded spaces, populated with hundreds of plants, turning it into a green, quiet haven in the bustle of the city. Everything is kept spotless clean by the staff, which is impressive in a hostel! Simple but delicious breakfast.

I am absolutely thrilled by my experience at Hostel Snooze! Right from the start, the warm welcome made me feel incredibly welcome. A refreshing welcome drink added to this warm reception. During the hostel tour, the staff took ample time to show me around and answer any questions I had. The service is outstanding, and all the employees are extremely friendly and attentive. My room was impeccably clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. What impressed me the most was the hostel's thoughtful design, with numerous plants and thoughtful details creating an inviting atmosphere. Moreover, the food at Hostel Snooze was incredibly delicious and prepared with love.

The hotel owners are so kind and really make you feel at home, I only stayed for one night but I wish I was staying longer! Breakfast was amazing and all the social areas are so beautiful and relaxing. Room was comfortable, bathroom really clean and lots of facilities to use. As well as this, it's really conveniently located and close to pretty much everything.

Super clean, a green oasis, perfect AC, yummy breakfast but ABOVE all was the outstanding team 🫶🏼 what an incredible great group of people working there, I have never on my travels met such helpful people. Some days I spent hours talking to the staff to get tips for my travels in Indonesia. Just wow!!

The stuff that works there is absolutely amazing! Girls at the front desk very friendly, smiling all the time, just wonderful. They also helped with sightseeing, gave us recommendations 😊 Breakfast was great, it’s a choice between sweet and savory, and I have tried both (was there for 3 days) and I couldn’t decide which one was better 🙏🏻

The staff was so kind and helped us with everything. They really went out of their way to help us, for example they arranged the bromo-ijen-waterfall tour. The rooms are basic but comfy and clean. The interior is super pretty and the breakfast is amazing! Would stay in Snooze (or one of the other Snooze hostels) again when returning to Java.

We tried to organise a trip to Borobudur temple on a short notice. Unluckily we didn’t manage, as we had conflicting information and it seemed very difficult to organise. Would have hoped for some more proactive ideas from the staff to enable us this once in a lifetime visit.
