Our room was a bit worn down. No warm water and the door fell a bit apart. But if you are okay with this, this is the best stay ever.

The staff is very very friendly, interested and helpful. They think out of the box in helping with you with problems and are very easy to communicate with.

Amazing hostel, probably my favourite in south east Asia whilst travelling. Incredible staff, who remember your name, happy to offer and make you ice tea or coffee, helpful, friendly, smiley, beautiful people! The hostel itself is fabulous, lots of quirky relax areas, full kitchen, clean, bright, lush. Comfortable bed, everything well maintained. A great stay!

What is not to like about Snooze Malang? The hospitality we received from its staff was outstanding. The facility is being properly cleaned multiple times a day. Fully equipped kitchen with free mineral water. Showers worked as expected. Central location in Malang. We could go on and on. But in short, we recommend this place to everyone, 10/10.

The Snooze Hostel is probably the best hostel I have booked in terms of friendliness and service. The team takes care of every need and is so warm and welcoming. The rooms are completely cleaned every two days. The Snooze Hostel also offers tours which are really great. Transportation can also be organized if needed. I can only highly recommend the hostel.

The Staff is really very good. They work efficiently and fast. Are flexible and very friendly. Any question they have a good answer. Always a friendly chat and a lot of fun. Clean rooms, good shower, good bed with big locker. Snooze has a couple of very nice Chill places and in the kitchen is everything you need. Location is good, nearby restaurants and shops. They have (or help you with) tours. Absolutely a very good choice.

My stay at Snooze Hostel Malang was genius and one of the best Hostel experiences in my life! It all started before my arrival with such a kind, fast and helpful communication via Whatsapp. They make it possible to Check In in the middle of the night. They helped me immediately with any question and problem that I had (like a broken lock at my cupboard). They are always enthusiastic. Also they give you many recommendations for activities and help you book a Jeep Tour to Mount Bromo. (The driver named Patrick was polite and drove responsibly. That is not always the case!) I stayed in a 4bed room and these are not even stock beds! It's like everyone has their own capsule. The room and the shared facilities are super clean. The common area is huge with a kitchen and spaces to relax. You can meet people or find some solicitude! Whatever suits you! The Wifi was fast as well! As most people come to Malang for the Mount Bromo tour and trains arrive in Malang in the middle of the night, there is a lot of movement during the night and almost all the time somebody is catching up on sleep during the day. Better bring a sleeping mask and some ear plugs. They are super flexible in hanging around after your check out until your train leaves as well. (I can also recommened the sister branch in Yogyakarta that is just as amazing!)

Located at walding distance from Malang Central trainstation. Employees are incredibly kind and help us with a trip to Tempuk Sewu waterfalls, Bromo and Ijen (Also to be recommended with their hostel "Revive! By Snooze" in Banyuwangi). They kept us posted via WhatsApp every step of the way to ensure comfort and ease. Rooms weer good: comfortable beds and clean shower and toilet. 100% recommended!

The transfer to Banyuwangi was a bit of a ratchet ride in all honesty but it wasn’t the end of the world

An excellent option in Malang. The staff are extremely friendly and I really liked them all very much, the private room was particularly wonderful but the whole property is stunning. Great coffee shops nearby and the soto Ayam across the road is recommended. The tour to Mount Bromo was very nice despite me struggling with the treatment of the horses, I liked my driver a lot.
