Slow drain in shower.

Very comfy and homey, spacious junior suite, good aircon, nice vibes, loved the fish ponds and greeneries, extra powder room was very convenient, awesome spa, loved the pool bar, nice clean beach and ground. Most of all, staff were all always friendly and welcoming!

The bed was so hard, it ruined my stay. I actually had problems walking the next day. I truly did not look forward to the evening as the bed was sooooo uncomfortable. Very disappointing for a top quality hotel. I did report this, but was fobbed off as it didn't matter.

It’s very outdated. The rooms are spacious, yet the “shower room” floors are insanely slippery the instant they are wet. They do “fog” for mosquitoes but most rooms have balconies facing away from the hotel so you’re eaten alive if you step foot out there. The pool also has no shade and is very deep.

The buffet lunch and evening could be more adventurous and would like to see more of the indonesian food as this is what they do best.

We have stayed here before. As usual the staff are the best feature. The resort is beautiful in a traditional bali style. It has great beach access and a beautiful swimming pool with swim up bar. The rooms are centered around an amazing tropical garden.

The resort was a little tired and needs some upgrading and repairs.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Good location. Breakfast was fantastic. You didn’t have to buy the ‘all inclusive’ everyday of your stay.

At night in the lobby, the water dispenser was removed right a front our eyes, so we could not poor water. This happened on few occasions.

It was our second time in the hotel and we love it. Staff is polite, breakfast is good, beach is amazing.

Badly managed property with disorganization everywhere. Poor communication of resort events, erroneous directions in elevator posting, long walk from suites to the property’s only elevator, many potentially dangerous steps inside the suite room, food mediocre at times.

Attentive staff trying hard to please. Nice swim up bar and outdoor snack bar. Very clean property with OK beach by Indonesian standards. Good breakfast buffet.

The floor of the bedroom was multi level with steps up and down to the bathroom, bed and out to the balcony. This was problematic at night time.

Need to keep a tower card to exchange :( There is no ordering service around the pool, SELF SERVICE. Movie night need to pay for own snack and it cost 35k for 20pcs of popcorn, really?

Beach access, pool, ponds and great breakfast. Kids club good for my child during mid hot sun but they should have longer operating hours. Lots of Beach bench & Umbrella. Cross the road there is all kind of shops & supermarket.

The guests stay around the swimming pool smoking. Some people smoke inside the swimming pool near the bar. Something that really upset me is that in the staff at the bar inside the swimming pool, after I drank a beer ask me for cash (How can I carry cash while I am in the swimming pool?). I couldn't charge in the room, because at the reception they want some deposit...(but you have my credit card!!!!). The towel in the swimming pool are the most valuable stuff for the hotel management. Crazily you need to take and return the towel with a card, without card they don't give a towel, so every morning our main concern is not the room key, but if we have card for the towel with us. With my family of five, I ask for and extra towel, and absolutely they don't give it to me. I should go to the reception and ask for this special request . Those towel are like gold for the hotel. Who is going to steal a swimming pool old towel? And if someone eventually steal, how much money you are going to lose????

The place was good and exactly like the pictures on the advertisement. The position and the location of the hotel is good. Breakfast is nice

The only thing I would change is at the pool bar. We go for a swim and don’t want to take our money, but you have to pay a deposit at reception to purchase food or drinks at pool bar! You should make customers either hand room card ofer until the end and they sign bill or simply allow guests to charge to there rooms.

The room we were first given smelt like mould. We were transferred to another room which was very slightly better but still had a very strange smell. Rooms are looking very tired. Sheets and towels not white but grey. RESORT DEFINITELY NOT 5 STAR. I would say more likely 3 STAR⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff were so nice always with a smile and very accommodating- The ones who come to mind are Made Diasa(kitchen restaurant), Augustini at the Italian restaurant and Tarzan at the pool bar.
