Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeNo swimming pool. Not smart tv. No small fridge to store snacks or drinks. Hot water kettle are old and stained.
Hotel itself is old but decent. The staff are truly amazing. Very professional and friendly. Accommodating and helpful. The breakfast may lack in variety but it is adequate. Room is standard but notably clean. Good comfy bed and pillows. Towels are old but could be changed everyday upon request.

SingaporeThe superior room in this this hotel does not come with a mini-fridge. No cold drinks especially considering the hot weather in Jakarta.
Very hospitable and friendly staffs Hotel comes with complimentary breakfast and dinner which not many 4* or 5* can offer at no extra charges. Good breakfast with a good assortment of Indonesian dishes. One plus point for this hotel. There is a convenient store just located outside the hotel for which make it easy for you to get cold drinks or snacks.
