The staff were quite young so they weren't totally on it when it came to cleaning.

Everything about the villa is perfect (facilities, hospitality, value for money), except for the location, which is hard to find. I suggest the owner put up a sign to help people locate it more easily.

To maintain privacy inside the room, you have to draw a dark curtain, which makes the room pitch black. Adding a white curtain would maintain privacy with natural light. The Wi-Fi was slow and unstable.

There were no cushions on the outside sofa, but that's a minor problem and everything else was great, especially considering the price.

Not managed, poor supervision. Remote location, no transport no way to reach their location alone, poor communication. Taxi parked 800 meter no way To reach location except go by walk and inform staff to bring the luggage.

Sadly no signposts to the villas so I wandered for 40 mins up and down the narrow lanes with a large suitcase before they eventually located me. Even the hotel 100 meters away could not direct me.

If you want to get out of the mad rat race which ubud has become, then i recommend a few days here. It’s serene and peaceful with very few human noises to disturb the natural sounds of birds and crickets. . Set amongst the padi fields it feels miles from civilization which is exactly what I was looking for. It is big and spacious with its own private pool and a small kitchen area if you fancy cooking. The Indonesian breakfast of rice and fresh fruit was ample and delivered exactly on time every day. I wanted to extend my stay but they were already fully booked. There are a number of food options a few mins walk away if you don’t fancy cooking. The lack of light pollution also means a great view of the stars most nights. Small staff but all very helpful.

The location is a bit outside of the centre and the taxi can’t pick up from the villas because the roads are not too big and they can’t approach on the villas area. You need to walk 5-8 minutes and send the drivers another location which will fit for his car. That will not be a problem if you have a scooter.

Perfect villa, with amazing staff. The staff was always with a smile on their face and ready to assist you with anything. Totally recommended for a budget option!

A few things could be improved: - the signage at the turn to the villa - the road down to the villa which is quite dirty and slippery especially in a rainy day - the quality of breakfast (not a problem to add some veggies into fried noodle ( - the dust inside of the room - it looks clean at first, but rather dusty when you try to access to a plug on the bedside

Overall, it’s a very comfortable place and fantastic value for money for pool villa. plus, we love to open the front door right to the ricefields.

- going to Ubud takes some time, especially if you go by car, because the villas are not accessible by car and you have to walk for 3-4 minutes to reach the street that is accessible for cars

- Komang was a very nice host. He explained everything to us and is a very sweet person - luggage was brought to the villa by motorbike, even our huge suitcases that normally don't fit on a bike - the private pool was awesome and clean - room was clean, stylish and comfortable - location in the rice fields is excellent. - the atmosphere is very calm and not as noisy as Ubud

The location. It is not accessible but car and it’s not advertised as that. So we had to walk for 20 mins down the road to find the accomodation. Then we asked to borrow a scooter to drive to the parking area but we had to pay for it and there was no petrol so we went down the road to hire from another place.

Everything was dirty, towels, floor, shower.. They say breakfast at 9, but you can wait until 10 and get really cold food. Also even with private vila, you can hear every word from your neighbours inside.

The pool needed a bit of a clean. Lots of floating bugs. Still swam on it though.

The villa was amazing, great value for money, loved my private pool and the outdoor kitchen came in handy. Great location near beautiful rice field walks. Best bed I've slept in in Bali. Super comfy.
