Don’t be out of by the reception or the front of the building. Once you’re in it’s a lovely place to stay.

This little gem was a great find. We had the family room which was right near the pool. The gardens and building are stunning and felt like a true Balinese temple.

We were not told that the restaurant was at the hotel across the road and we had to collect a voucher each morning from reception even though we had paid upfront for breakfast. The breakfast was too Indonesian. Not enough western food. Please don’t criticise me for this but I don’t love that style of food for breakfast only for dinner.

We were lucky to get a poolside room which was amazing. Staff were great. Always smiling and accommodating.

The only downside is there is no glass windows in the room (there are windows, but covered with shutters, so when open is no screens). This was a minor donwside. We will stay again.

The hotel is in an excellent position, so close to the beach and restauants, Some good stalls nearby that don't hassle you. Had lunch in the Chinese restaurant which was very tasty. The staff are super helpful - we ordered a scooter through reception, which was a good price and easy transaction. The pool is very nice.

If you like the typical hard mattresses of SEA, well this won’t let you down! ☺️ BF is available and is across the road in another resort - very convenient though.

Location. It’s at the end of the road that goes to the beach. Lots of restaurants and mini marts within easy walking distance. The cottage feel is very familiar. It’s not sterile like the larger resorts. I had a junior suite - it faced out to the pool. Rm 4. Spend the extra money than the standard room for this experience. Also on the ground floor for convenience. Big fridge in room which was able To get very cold.

The age of this hotel is already visible. It looks dirty and there are already deficiencies in the equipment of the rooms.

I f you want to stay in an original Balinese hotel and you are not demanding on quality, I recommend it. very friendly hotel staff.

The exterior is amazing, for the room it’s more rustics but i sleep very well. The restaurant is also very good. Thank to have open the breakfast for me at 7.15.

The view from my delux twin room was a construction site, I wasn’t informed that work was taking place during my stay. Luckily work wasn’t done on my first two mornings, started on the 3rd morning and I was leaving. I feel for anyone else coming in though. The room had no visible mould and I didn’t smell mould so that was good. The room needs a good paint and a bathroom upgrade. I got the room on special at $50 a night, it isn’t worth the full price of over $100. It is standard quality, not delux. Needs another bedside light.

I was allocated a noisy room by side road with a buzzing fridge / no restaurant on site for breakfast I requested a room change & was re allocated a little further back, it was fine . I thought the hotel had a restaurant but it did not. There was a franchise Chinese restaurant sharing the space around the top of pool and to the side

Large Room in the traditional Balinese style. It had a bath / shower and a little outside verandah with lounge chairs facing the pool the staff were pleasant and helpful Overall good value
