No mention of room being on 3rd floor during booking process. Couldn’t change room as fully booked . Was hard for my knees ….

Nice location, clean room & bathroom. Close to spa, eating places, beach and beach walk shopping mall . Staff were kind to help with taking luggage to the room. Thank you Mahendra Liked the spacious rooms and the greenery in middle of Kuta.

The breakfast was nice. Bed/pillows comfortable. Nice hot water. Lovely pool area and open until 10pm.Very nice grounds. Various room types available. I did have a suite booked but although room was lovely where it was situated was terrible so asked to be moved to a deluxe room ground floor near pool. Luckily one was available and was the same price anyway. This was a lovely big room. Staff very friendly position very central altho quiet within the grounds. Would not hesitate to go back

It’s outdated but the price does takes that into account. Rooms dont look one on one with pictures. Kuta is not as lively as a couple of years ago.

The breakfast was a bit poorly. Not too much choice. Only the pancakes were delicious. We did the breakfast in the restaurant next to the hotel. They had great smoothie bowls.

Nice clean room, the bed was comfortable. AC worked perfectly and the housekeeping will come everyday, you got fresh towels everyday. The staff is nice. The pool is clean and nice. We really enjoyed our stay! Good location.

- Room on the 3rd floor without elevator - Airport transfer is offered by the accommodation for 200K, but on the Grappa for 48K - far from the beach

- Shops and restaurants all around - Breakfast until 11 am - more time for sleep :) - Nice pool

Surrounding streets are very narrow with no footpaths and motorcycles speeding up and down. Kuta itself not as nice as Seminyak, except beach area which looked clean and had decent waves. Definitely a younger crowd. Rooms have wet bathrooms which i am not a fan of.

Good budget accommodation in the heart of Kuta with multiple restaurants and bars on your doorstep. 10mins to beach and 5mins to upmarket shopping centre.The rooms are a bit dated but nice enough and have balconies.. Super cold fridges. Much better room than Grandmas at Seminyak.

The property was in a great location, right by lots of nice restaurants and cafes, and easily accessible by grab cars and bikes. The room was nice and spacious, and comfortable and clean.

Outside of the hotel's control, our neighbours were chain smokers and the smell would waft into our room a lot. Its just a Bali thing as well as so many people smoke a lot there.

The room was amazing for the price and location, very clean and comfortable. Bathroom drainage was a little weird but would 100% book here again. Breakfast was great too. Very quiet location. A very relaxing stay.

We were in Bali for 38 days. This accommodation is one of the best and exceeded all our expectations. The most important thing is that the facility is calm and quiet from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. The location is excellent, a 5-8 minute walk to the main beach. Around the apartment there are shops, restaurants, massage and tattoo parlors. The staff is friendly, they can help you in any situation. It is hard to find a better accommodation in the city of Kuta or Legijan. If we return to Bali, we will definitely book this place again.

I came back here in 2 months cuz I liked this place. But it disapointed me this time. There are some insects in the restroom and the air conditional was too loud.

The toilet and hallway seem to have a constant sewer smell. We can also still smell cigarette smoke even though our rooms are non-smoking.

The bed was to die for, really comfortable. Staff was nice and the vibe is super chill, beautifully kept garden.
