This is a three star property and as such is value for money. The breakfast is well prepared and delicious but I had one dinner there and I couldn't eat it I had my meals across the street and ENVY restaurant which was certainly an upgrade. Good location -- walkable to shops and corner store to buy water.

A bit noisy on the street below, the rooftop restaurant had a very poor menu

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The balcony was also wide and equipped with chairs and a table. Great rooftop pool, they even let us use it after the check out time

Hotel was perfect, but location maybe not be the greatest if you want to use it as a base and visit other parts of Bali, due to severe traffic in bali.

Simple hotel close to the beach and shopping, restaurants etc. Beach is right opposite but no direct view of the sea from bottom floors due to trees. Beach is okay, but kuta Beach is much better. Has a nice roof top pool. Room was a great value for the money, and was clean, well furnished with good ac, really happy there.

I can’t really fault the hotel for the price that I paid but it would have made the whole experience to a 10 if they have a shuttle bus for guests. Our first family paid 500k to a driver at the airport but our second family paid 100k as they were going to book via Gojek but got a driver to price match.

We booked to stay at Sulis Beach for one night in transit due to the good reviews and closeness to the airport. It is located literally next to the airport in such a quiet area. This is one of the most cleanest hotels I’ve ever been to. Sure it’s an older hotel but it would have been 5 star back in the day. Even though it’s older the place feels like it’s been newly built but in poor taste. The view on the rooftop (which is the dinner and pool level) is just spectacular, especially on sunset. The food was good too. The beach is literally across the road and is so quiet, there is a spa which opens at 9am until 5pm but after hours there are many spa’s around the corner that open until 11pm. Mini mart is also about 30m away. The pool is super clean just like the rooms and bathrooms. We stayed in x2 deluxe rooms and a family room and would highly recommended for large groups. I don’t normally stay in Kuta but I would definitely come back to stay here especially in transit.

The breakfast was a bit dissolution, but I'm being picky. I love the buffets, but I guess times are changing. It was tasty and well prepared. I just don't like to have to order the day before.
