The room could have been cleaner. It seemed as though it was cleaned after previous guests, but hadn’t been checked again before my moving in, as there was dust and stuff collecting on furniture.

I absolutely loved the staff and the fact that they made an effort to remember guest names (shoutout to Dina specifically- it was wonderful to meet her). There was also quite a bit of variety for breakfast.

Small gym and pool is in a seperate bit to hotel.

Comfy big beds, welcome pack and drinks was a lovely touch, good size pool, pretty view from gym. Lots of options for dinner and lunch.

Gym is very small. Room was very dirty when they give, we changed. Second room doesn't have windows! Bath is like in the middle of room, not comfortable, it is a cabin. Overall we didn't feel comfortable. Price is high for that small room.

AC is good. Stuff is good.

The hotel is in a very busy, city area, which was fine for us as we just wanted to chill at home and in the pool but might not be ideal for most tourists. The kitchen in the townhouse only had mugs, 2 bowls and no cutlery. Probably just needed a bit more essential items to make it functional. The furniture downstairs in the townhouse is in serious need of updating but other than that we were happy!

We were pleasantly surprised to see that we had booked a 2-storey, 2-bedroom townhouse behind the main hotel and directly next to the pool. It was perfect for our family! It was nice and quiet compared to the noise and street traffic on the front side of the hotel. We loved the buffet breakfast with a beautiful view. So many options - pancakes, waffles, sushi, porridge, toast, fruit and lots of Chinese and Indonesian dishes to choose from. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast. There was literally only fruits we could eat from the buffet. Rest of the food was either traditional food or sushi.

The bathroom can be better.

The breakfast provided by the hotel is nice. The roof-top dining area has good view. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Considering the room rate is extremely affordable, the overall services are great.

When we tried booking the airport shuttle, we went back and forth for about 24 hours giving every detail under the sun. And then, they told us it was unavailable, catch a taxi instead. Considering our arrival date/time was known early, we could have been advised of this sooner? Also, we booked a room on a high floor, for extra, and were placed on Level 1.

Well located for what we needed to see. Rooms were a bit compact, but had everything you need. The bathroom design was strange. Even on a busy road, it was relatively quiet. The breakfast was pretty good.

I dont like the room toilet... its a cubicle and so small. Swimming pool is far from hotel and need to walk down hill and up again to hotel.. .its a hassle.

Include more international flavour, especially in the buffet breakfast

I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast, however, it could have been much better if other options such as continental breakfast with cereals were also made available for international visitors.

I like the cleanliness. For a restaurant maybe the alacarte menu can be added again. For FO maybe you can be more friendly, especially when checking in. But overall I think it's good.

Hotel is great but the staffs are amazing. They were so friendly. I came to this hotel for Nyepi staycation. Pak Hendri in front office, He welcomed me warmly and remembered my name when I checked out from the hotel. He has a genuine personality. During breakfast, ibu Andi always checking if we need anything else that she can assist with. FB team Novi and Sri they are really friendly. overall I am happy staying in this hotel. i would recommend this hotel to others. thank you for your hospitality . :)

Nice breakfast but not a lot of options. Not close to the beach

Wow! Very spacious! I thought it would be a budget hotel . We always tan at Sofitel or intercontinental but this is a great hotel too! Great staff ! Wonderful facilities
