Nothing, there was a power outrage last night but it’s not the property’/ fault.

The kind owner m, the couple who runs this small guesthouse went beyond to help you and ensure your stay is comfortable. This place is very homey, you feel is a home away home. The ocean is right in the backyard of the house, you sleep well here because the tides has the charm of calmness. You wake up with tide, birds singing and a lovely breakfast with ocean view in the little beautiful garden, the value for money is incredible. I can’t fail this amazing place with anything.

The owners are so kind, ready to help with anything! They helped me book everything on the island last minute and even drive me on the scooter to near by attractions. I loved the cabin style 2 single bedroom place I booked, had everything I needed and was super clean. The deck looked right at the water perfect for morning coffee! The beach there isn’t for swimming but most beaches on the island aren’t. Only a few beaches have calm enough waters.

One thing to know: you can't really swim on the beach in front of the hotel, as the sea is very shallow.

The hotel was very nice - spacious rooms, nice, quiet garden and a beautiful view of the beach. It is a little bit remote, but very calm, with a few nice restaurants and bars in the area. The staff was lovely and very helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend!

It is a very nice, clean and quiet place. It has beautiful gardens and ocean view. Especially noteworthy is the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, who not only take care that everything is impeccable in your room and in the common areas, but because your stay is ideal: they explain details of the surroundings, put you in contact with a shuttle service if you require it or as in my case, they help you when you have forgotten your credit card at the hotel. I wanted to highlight the latter in my review, because the willingness of the staff to help you with any inconvenience during your trip is something that for me is of great value. When I left my credit card forgotten at the hotel, they tried to contact me, when they were unable to do so (my internet was not working), Mr. Ketut Sihantaya took the time to go to the harbour and the surrounding restaurants to find me and return my card. I am deeply grateful for that, and I think that detail is proof of the excellent customer service you can expect at the Sawn Beach Inn, which often goes above and beyond any expectations.

The hosts and the beach! We've never had better hosts before, they were always willing to help and were very attentive. The hotel has access to the beach, so you can go for a swim, and is close to several restaurants. I only have words of gratitude for the hosts, specially to Mr. Ketut for his selfless help. If you are going to Nusa Penida this is the perfect place to stay. First of all the location is great, it’s near the ports, near many options for cafes and restaurants and bars (we personally loved The Chill just round the corner). It’s also great if you want to explore both sides of the island. The hosts were also AMAZING, we can’t thank them enough. The cleanliness was perfect and amazing value for money. The sound of the ocean in the morning and at night is also so relaxing. It was a home away from home. Shall we go ver find ourselves in Nusa Penida we will for sure be back! Thank you!

Nothing. The road is quite busy and thronged with motorcycles but all the noise will end around 10:30 pm. Nothing will be affected.

Swan Beach Inn is the very place I want for Nusa Penida trip. Extreme nice, helpful and thoughtful staffs there. Wonderful ocean view and lovely garden. Life-oriented atmosphere and I got a strong sense of participation when I watched the waves and people washing the boats during the sunrise. The owner helped me for almost every thing during my two-nights stay there. Find me a pickup driver and a extremely reliable driver for my tours with reasonable price. After we check out, the owner still kindly offer me Kopi and let me get a wonderful shower when we back from the eastern line and pickup our baggages. We still got a nice rest on the lovely balcony. He even worried about we didn't have lunch! So kind and remind me my uncle. PS: Kopi they served us is more than good. Nice breakfast, lovely people.

It was amazing. The location is great with a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was so big and clean with a beautiful view of the sea. And the hosts were so so nice. They were always helping with transfers and tours, made super delicious breakfast and always asked if I want new towels or a coffee. It was such a nice stay and I would have loved to stay longer!

I liked everything. I enjoyed the room, the views, the cleanliness, the details, the hospitality of the hosts, and the excellent assistance from the taxi driver ADI to explore the island. It's close to the port but peaceful. The breakfast is complet and they help you with whatever you need. The best part of my trip in Bali.

Everything! The hospitality of Kuya and his family. I love it! They always make sure that your needs are well taken care of. They also asked for your activities on the island and offered me help. The place is beachfront, but you cannot swim. You can just walk along the beach and appreciate the beauty of the sunrise and the sunset. Plus, waking up to the sounds of the waves is lovely and relaxing! You can also ask for Coffee for Free. Since I'm working on weekdays and in the morning and night, Kuya is always asking me if I want a coffee. They can also help you rent a motorbike and arrange pick up or drop off at the port/harbour. However, if you are not an experienced driver, be extra cautious using a motorbike. The road is totally crazy! The room is spacious, working a/c, with hot and cold water in the bathroom. Please note that the water is a bit salty. Expect that always in islands surrounded by sea. You can have your breakfast and work in the balcony with lovely nature sounds and scenic views! Overall, my stay is fantastic! 100% I recommend Swan Beach Inn! Thank you, Kuya and ate! See you soon!

everything was so lovely here! the room couldn’t be any better, literally falling asleep listening to the sounds of the waves. the beds were comfortable, the room was really clean and everyone was so friendly! you can access the beach directly from the property and can watch a great sunrise. really couldn’t recommend swan beach inn enough! will definitely stay here again next time i am in Penida.
