The amenities were good. The spa need some revamp looks old. The swimming pool pls have the umbrella for shade the seat is so hot that it can burnt you. Have some shuttle service to mall. There is not much promo going around the hotel though it fully booked.

The advertise room rate was about 1 million ruppiah but I was billed 1.2 million. I didn't want to waste time and was very disappointed. I have stay there many times over a 10 years period.

The pricing is too expensive.

Unfortunately my room is not quiet and not sound proof enough. I keep hearing the knocking sound from the wall. And the big water bottle is chargeable, should have been mentioned or put a more visibly notice notes for that.

The room is clean and tidy, even though is smoking level but it was not smelly. The staff Dika is very pro-active and helpful to contact me before the trip and made the changes for my request.

Disappointed with only one single location for any kind of eating, drinking or relaxing. It’s located in the hotel foyer and it’s very impersonal. Terrible TV choices. Hotel generally lacks atmosphere. New renovation work desperately needed I think.

Staff were absolutely lovely. Everyone was so helpful and polite. Great restaurant food and buffet breakfast was exceptional. Comfy rooms. Great location by the harbour and nearby seafood restaurants are very good.

The hotel is in the midst of a major renovation project as it is a dated property. The swimming pool is small but do not worry as there will be an infinity pool coming up for the next project. The toilet sewerage is recycled (especially for flushing) so it was unpleasant to look at and one of our toilet flushes is not working properly. Lifts are quite slow and can be improved during full house bookings.

The warm reception by the security, service staff and counter staff was welcoming during check-in allowing us for a more relaxed stay. The breakfast spread was nice, you have variety of choices and the rooms was huge and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the air-con settings was self-adjustable, very comfortable for our sleep and stay. The hotel even prints specialised welcome message and fruits baskets were given which was tasty. Location of the hotel was very convenient and near to many food spots and shopping centre, transport is not an issue.

Stayed here a few times since 2017 and could notice some deterioration of the facilties though overall experience was good.

No side table by the bed. Wall sockets were at awkward places. You can’t plug in your phone and use it in bed. TV was small. But good selection of channels. There were cartoons running through out too. Good for kids.
