One thing I would suggest, though, is that please provide more universal sockets for charging. There was only 1 for 2 room guests. These days, each person will have at least 2 electronic gadgets. Would be very helpful.

I liked everything about the hotel. We could only stay less than 24 hours as we had to leave by 9 am the next day. The room was great, the hotel was clean - and the staff were constantly cleaning the areas of the hotel. I like the fact that the hotel provides a common water filter area to fill water - no water bottles in the room, which means less plastic to the landfill. Thank you for thinking of the environment. Buffet had a good spread and plenty to eat. Service was excellent-staff were efficient and extremely helpful. I would definitely return if I get a chance to travel to Bali again.

The room was exactly the same as the pictures shown and it was comfy and clean. The staffs were super friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcomed throughout the stay.

The location is not upscale at all, neighborhood is not a place I would like to stay, but the hotel is good.

Breakfast was huge with a lot of variety and was good. Pool was also good for adults & kids, room was spacious with comfy beds & cleanliness was maintained. Staff was helpful.

The only thing which bothered us was that there was no communication between the staff..they kept bothering us for the payment even though the dues were cleared as they did not communicate with each other which was very embarrassing and annoying

The breakfast is really good with lots of choices. Staff are super lovely and accomodating and the room is always very clean. This is my go to hotel each time I come back to Kuta :)

Location - outside the hotel you will not get the tourist feeling as it is away from Kartika plaza.

The staff is extremely cooperative and nice. Breakfast was good. Easy to access laundry shops. 15 mins walks to Kartika Plaza which is main street.

Really good value / money hotel. Great location if you are flying next day early morning. Lot of nice cafes around the area, pool nice as well. Stuff super friendly.

Staff are warm, welcoming and attentive to details. Everyone is so polite and helpful, they genuinely enjoy meeting you and helping you feel cared for. The morning breakfast is outstanding. We loved the traditional offerings. The pool is great!! The neighborhood is in the city, but inside the grounds you feel like you're in a very special place. We loved our stay here! our room faced the street and was a bit noisy, we managed with earplugs and didn’t alter our stay.

Glass windows were thin and could hear everything outside. If it was just cars/bikes and emergency vehicles it’s still ok, but a facility close by had some religious ceremony till 11 pm and our kids found it hard to sleep with the noise.
