Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. MalaysiaOne thing I would suggest, though, is that please provide more universal sockets for charging. There was only 1 for 2 room guests. These days, each person will have at least 2 electronic gadgets. Would be very helpful.
I liked everything about the hotel. We could only stay less than 24 hours as we had to leave by 9 am the next day. The room was great, the hotel was clean - and the staff were constantly cleaning the areas of the hotel. I like the fact that the hotel provides a common water filter area to fill water - no water bottles in the room, which means less plastic to the landfill. Thank you for thinking of the environment. Buffet had a good spread and plenty to eat. Service was excellent-staff were efficient and extremely helpful. I would definitely return if I get a chance to travel to Bali again.
