Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Huge pool and property is built around the pool.... breakfast spread is good, covers both vegetarian and non veg. No indian idli and dosa :) if you are looking for those. No issues for me though. Rooms are well kept and space inside is reasonably good. Staff very professional and well managed.

We spent one night at Swiss-Belhotel. The hotel to the airport is approx. a 10-minute drive which is very convenient for us. Very comfortable and spacious room with one sofa bed. Buffet breakfast was also good. Staff were very polite and helpful.

AustraliaKids club doesnt have anyone to supervise the kids. Tax was abit high in terms of hotel spa and hotel restaurant food.
Decent size pool, nice gym equipments w no crowd, decent size family room, very friendly and helpful staff, quick to send extra towels or anything needed for room, aircon is cold and not noisy, local street food right outside the hotel. Minimart closeby. Overall cleanliness of good standard.
