We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeThe mini-chiller which was supposed to maintain temperatures between 17-19 degree celsius was not even working. The coca cola was not even chilled (i.e.m room temperature). But this may be an individual , isolated case of a faulty appliance.
The hotel staff (from the concierge, restaurant staff, cleaners and receptionists) were extremely friendly! The receptionist, Fery F., was thoughtful enough to provide a free room upgrade froma Twin Bed Deluxe to Queen Deluxe with Window View towards the City as the initial room choice was on a smoking floor. The facilities is modern and clean, with a decent breakfast buffet spread of Indonesian and International cuisines. Hotel was also a 3-minutes walk to Tanjungan Plaza which is very convenient.

SingaporeThe hotel furniture seems quite old. Junior suite room was one of the smallest we have experienced by far. The bed was not that huge. Aircon unit leaking badly till we have to keep on and off it. Not much choices for their breakfast.
Swiss Belinn Tunjungan is located strategically at Tunjungan Plaza, just a stone throw. Lots of good eateries around its area.

New ZealandLike all buildings in Surabaya, it seems, the furnishings, fixtures and finish of the rooms, facilities and the building were generally very poor. Although still mostly functional there were many dilapidated and broken things. The build quality was very poor. I don't think there is a lot of thought or management going into making the stay better for the customers. Many simple and inexpensive things could be done to keep up the quality and functionality of the fixtures, facilities and furnishings. If things carry on like this, then I fear there will be accidents and the value for money will continue to decline.
The daily breakfast was fantastic with a big selection and good quality. The staff were also very friendly.

Staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. Really appreciate the communication and efforts made by the hotel to provide us with the connecting rooms requested beforehand. The rooms were spacious, modern, clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great with a wide range. Location is excellent, being close to some tourist hotspots and malls.

NetherlandsHotel looks quite outdated. From the first step you set inside the lobby, there is quite a hard sewage system smell. They try to cover it with room-parfume, but prepare to have breakfast/dinner in a very unpleasant smell.
Good hotel located at very nice location. From there you can visit some tourist attractions, although there are not alot of things to do in Surabaja as a tourist. Location is most probably the best thing about the hotel.
