The adult pool was not filled with water and we could not use - was out of use - if we knew this upfront we may have stayed at another hotel as we have a kid with a back / spinal issue that needs a pool to exercise At breakfast the food would run out and not be replenished until you told the staff Ordering food from the resto is not easy and the staff get it wrong a lot of the time - e.g a tuna sandwich (which is on the menu)became a smoked beef sandwich (this is not on the menu) Food for some unexplainable reason seems to take forever to order and receive (a few guests were the same as us and waiting forever ) Room service was slow (but the staff delivering were nice ) We booked a suite and the TV in the livingroom was not very good and kept going in and out of signal

There is a fair bit of rubbish on the sort of beach area in front of the hotel.

I just thought it was a great hotel in an amazing location. The staff were really friendly and helpful. There weren't many guests which was good for me but a shame that tourist numbers have not really recovered in Belitung since COVID..the island and hotel are really worth the visit.

Traveler should be aware that transport on Belitung Island is problematic. Car/driver hires for just half a day are expensive. Grab is only from the airport to your hotel. This transport situation was irritating but overall a minor issue.

Breakfast buffet as well as dinner selections were superb, the chef excellent and friendly. Staff, particularly front manager were beyond helpful in arranging for nature outings.

Food is very average, except de coffee expreso in the bar that is one of the best in the whole island. The staff prepared exceptionally according to our needs. Well done.

The sheets was shown over used, it has discolouration already. The swimming pool are big enough but maintainance was bad, the tiles need lot to be fixed, it was dangerous for guest who swim and walk which can cut them self it was very sharp.

the room was spacious enough and we stayed in king ocean view. The view was excellent, balcony wide enough to enjoy the view, facilities of the room was nice, water cattle working well and clean, so does the bathroom. Super King sized bed was very comfortable, and play room facilities was nice, we play chess and coklak at level 1 at night with a hot coco makes it perfect. Gym room size and equipment also enough for workout, a lot of dumbell choices.

Lack of people in the hotel. I travelled long to reach this hotel and was very tired. However the reception did not bother to provide anyone to take the luggage to my room. I had to carry two heavy luggages

I liked the beautiful view and the friendly staff. The food I tried was decent too. The location is also fairly strategic between Tanjung Tinggi area and Tanjung Pandan. You will still need transport (bike or car)

Rooms are not big, but the sea view makes up for the smallish size. My main concern is that the hotel is a little remote, not near a proper beach, and is not within walking distance of local facilities. Nice place, though, if you just want to veg out at a four star facility.

This is a good quality hotel, excellent facilities, staff try very hard to please, a good pool.

I don't consider myself a 'difficult guest' but there were so many things that added up which the hotel could have greatly improved on. 1. The booking.com reference for the junior suite is misleading. It is NOT for 3 guests; you will have to order an additional fold out bed. 2. Hotel staff not very well trained. When I had complained about no.1 the front staff was adamant that in their internal system it shows that the room sleeps 2 and wanted to send me Screenshots of what it had said in the system rather than resolving the issue. I did not want to argue who was correct and had suggested that I would prefer to take 2 deluxe rooms to sleep 3 people instead as it was more comfortable and a cheaper option; she could not accommodate. She had to contact the site manager who we had to wait for and who was not able to make a decision,hence we had to waste almost an hour at the front desk to get this resolved. In the end we got the fold out bed for free and they said they need to update the booking.com profile. (Sorry not my problem) 3. Room cleanliness. I had booked 2 rooms. In the junior suite, the door to the balcony could not open and the a/c wasn't fully functioning- good that they had a repairman on site as he had to go back to the room twice to fix the issues. In the double room, the sheets were horribly dirty with lots of hair and stains as if someone slept on it before. I had to request a new one and helped them change the sheets as it was already late at night. The bathroom floor towel was also dirty but I couldn't be bothered to say anything then. Was there no one to quality check that rooms are fully functioning and cleaned correctly? The next days were better but the whole thing was an unnecessary waste of time during vacation

The hotel itself looks nice from the outside and facilities were good. It is overall a well designed building and space. The view overlooking the sea is incredible from the pool, restaurant and balcony if you choose the sea view room. The food from the restaurant was also good.

Very beautiful ocean view, we could see beach, island, boats from the balcony. You have to make sure that you pick the room with ocean view. They have good food regardless limited menu option. Very helpful and responsive staff is one of the best experience in this hotel.

Every morning the power shutdown 2-3 times for couple of minutes. The therapist has come to your room if you book for massage. Pay 3 breakfast on the spot but the food was disappointing, cold porridge, rock hard klepon and the Soto just 3 thin slices of beef with a lot of onions swimming in tasteless broth. Espresso isn’t included in the price while most of 4 star hotels provide coffee service.

The room was big enough. Staff at the reception and lobby are nice and helpful.

They can maintain the property better. Live music at the reataurant went on until too late (11PM). We xan hear it all the way to our rooms.
