Location is quite confusing to find through google map. Took the taxi driver in the wrong direction. The hotel street is very quiet and dark, no shops and restaurants nearby.

The GPS not catches the Hotel address. Every Time booked Taxi/Rideshare always not reached at the hotel. The bad thing happened from airport to this hotel, the taxi driver couldn’t found the hotel and dropped me opposite direction in the midnight which was so dangerous for me to find in the midnight my accommodation.

Unfortunately the location is terrible. No footpaths only basic street food nearby. The only place to eat is the Gallaria but it takes an Uber ride for about 80=100 K return . Check out Ramen 1 and special food offers. There is also a supermarket. The hotel and staff are good ,it’s just in the wrong spot.

Cobwebs in the lamps, hairs on the floor, carpets and pillowcases full of stains, walls dirty, bathroom dirty, cockroaches in the room. Terrible. I do not recommend to anyone

Saw a few stains on the sheets. Under the pillows. I don't know what it was but. Also the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.

The aircon was good and the room was very big. Really good size. The bed was also quite big. You also can't here outside noise so it's nice and quiet.

No fresh air inside, smell in bathroom, spots everywhere on the walls, on bed linen. Very unstable internet connection. Stuff was unable to answer to any of my question. English level skills ends on Hello/Good bye. Very uncomfortable light. Only Nlnoise from the window which see to nowhere.

Super dirty room, very old and broken towels, stains on the walls, on the blankets, on the sheets, no hot water, at least it was not so cold, the towel they left for the floor in the toilet it was dirty and broken, one experience to forget, it's worthless don't expend a bit more and then having a decent room, in the booking.com conditions they ask for a 50.000IDR deposit once I arrived to the hotel they said that they needed 100.000IDR, I left my personal ID as deposit, cause I wanted to have some cash for my last day in Bali, as I said 5€/$ is not a big deal, sometimes it can make the difference making you stay in a decent or not decent place? The bed was really big, and stuff nice

Very recommended. This hotel deserves much higher score. Its very cozy, clean and tidy. Reception is very friendly. Housekeeping is done everyday and is very helpful. Its located in a nice quite area. The pool is nice to spend day at. The room is spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Big plus is a wi-fi and lobby if you work remotely. Thank you!

Dust in the room. The windows were locked and they tell us that we can not open it bc its a rule of the manager. The whole room was dirty, sheets, floor, bathroom.. we couldn't even breath. Horrible.
