Very noisy because of the chicken farm around. I woke up at 3am and could sleep anymore. The next night I bought ear plugs and was better.

Musty / perhaps a drain smell in the bathroom. They said they are working on this, when we told them.

Very homely, very welcoming. Staff were super friendly. Gardens & pool very relaxing. Pancakes great. Right beside Dreamland beach!! Chairs & table in the veranda outside your room.

Unfortunately a previous guest had blocked the pipes due to flushing paper, which caused our bathroom and room to stink. The staff cleared the blockage and freshened up the room, but the smell remained for some time.

Very friendly and kind staff. Delicious breakfast with good options. Property is located right next to Dreamland. The pool and courtyard were very luxurious.

The bathroom was old, in comparison of the room. I think they renovated the rooms, but not the toilet??? It was a bathroom from a cheap hostel, without even proper shower. No hot water provided.

The staff was incredible. Daniel is a real lovely guy, and the rest, are super friendly as well. The access to the beach was super close, and the facilities, nice in general.

Toilet was not clean and shower not working optimal. Also shower was not cleaned while i stayed there. All that is fine, but there is a big club nearby that place very loud until 1 am every day. So perfect if u go there to party, but if u want peace at night maybe find another place. Also no waterbottles giving at the stay only water from a cooler machine that didn't work.

The pool was small but nice. The location was perfect, and very close to dreamland beach so you could walk there every morning. Room and bed was nice, and the whole hotel was build in a nice way that made u feel good. staff was very freindly.

There was no TV , no fridge , no kettle and a small bathroom .

You get what you pay for, we really only slept there , the rest of the time we were out . Breakfast was good , pool was good , they had an in house massage . Close to the beach and night club .

The bathrooms were not well maintained. Water supply was not enough in the showers and taps.

Can hear nightclub music..only cold water in one room, the other had no ventilation in pokey bathroom and smelt very bad. Nice pool area.

They let us leave our luggage in storage.. if you ate into surfing dreamland break is a short walk. Cheaper due to being next to nightclub. Service for food very slow... nice food though..just book in advance

There is a family staying on the property and at times the children were noisy and played in the pool, but we did speak to the staff and then it wasn’t that bad. Also the kids were very cute and only being kids wanting to play. But if you were wanting to only relax, you just to be aware that there are kiddies playing.

The location was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful and helped us with getting a scooter rental and laundry. They were very efficient.

When we arrived they only had a double room available, even though we booked a twin room. We managed to get the twin room the next day. Some loud music from bars around - luckily it finished by midnight. Wi-fi often doesn't work in the room but works well in the eating area. The downside is that the eating area closes at around 9/10pm. Would be great if you could hang there or work.

Amazing location (5 minute walk to Dreamland), a beautiful garden with small outdoor fitness and every room is a separate house. It's a bit secluded from infrastructure but this offers a great escape in the nature.

Slight smell in bathroom but I've found that in lots of places. Floor was stained but they apologised (wrong cleaning chemical used)

Bathrooms were slightly run down and had a sewerage smell but there was hot water for showers.

Loved the pool area, it was the perfect place to enjoy early mornings. The staff are so friendly, helpful and happy.

Near night club (it finished midnight and wasn't too loud but not our vibe). Main issue was we found Dreamland beach area a bit weird. Derelict hotels just up the road and no village feel like other spits.

Not very close to restaurants, you should have a bike. The internet was not so good in the rooms.
