I stayed in three different rooms and felt that some general maintenance was needed, blocked shower heads, very noisy extraction fan in the bathroom, noisy AC unit,door lock not working,just simple things that might put some guests off ,

The staff were very friendly and accommodating,I was only booked for three nights but ended up staying a full week due to appointments,I loved the gardens and tranquility,I would recommend this place to anyone looking for reasonably priced accommodation.

The bathroom jet was not in proper function. We stayed for three nights. However, they didn't provide coffee sachets or water bottle except first (check-in) day. On our last day of stay ,we checked out a bit early that day, and they didn't arrange for breakfast for us.

The breakfast was really good. The ambience of the hotel and it's accessibility to the market/ ATM. They arranged for motor bike at ladt moment without asking for any documents .

Needs a massive revamp. Very rundown. Felt sorry for the staff as they had to wear the brunt of things breaking down, and not being up to scratch.

Nothing to do with the staff but on our first night here someone was knocking on our door for 10 minutes and it scared us really bad as this is first time in bali. We wanted to check out next day and staff were amazing and very apologetic. not their fault at all!!!

Gym facilities are really old, and 1 running machine was out of the service. Room decor is old too, and no hair dryer in the room

No soap in bathroom, tried to ask the cleaners but they did not understand. A little room for maintenance (old houses). Some dumbbells with rust, should be changed.

Clean and peaceful. Close to all lot of cafes, restaurants and bars so very happy there was not any noise. Very nice staff, helped me with the luggage. The pool area was super nice and the gym better than expected. Good value for money.

The bed and the pillow look like not clean enough. the towel also got some funny smell. all this can be improve.

The location is perfect, the staff is friendly, the room is great but a bit old which I think is time to do some renovation.

Loved the hotel, BUT very noisy every night from some of the local bars and clubs...1 club only finished about 4am every night. Some of the rooms further back in the hotel would probably be quieter.

Good hotel and very friendly staff. The hotel location is slightly back from the road but in the middle of lots of restaurants, bars and clubs. Easy to get to the main beaches and shopping areas

My room was very dark in decor and lighting wasn’t great. My shower door handle was rusty and smelt metallic on your hands to open it.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The pool was nice to enjoy for a few hours. My room was clean, in working order and very comfortable. Great value for money for the price. Location was central to seminyak by shops, restaurants and bars, and surprisingly not noisy at night.

I understand that place is old building. Most furniture is old but i have no complaints with that. (For the price i paid). But i hope bathroom can be clean better. Please brush the floor especially drain area.

Location is the best. Nothing can beat the location compare the price. Shishi & the iron fairies just 2mins walk. Thumbs up to the staffs especially Desi, she the best. I didn’t used the pool, but it’s look clean and well maintained.

Could renovate the room with the latest facility. Power plug to charge mobile phone should be made accessible by the bed.
