Quite tired and old, in need of reconstruction. Noticed stains on sheets and towels, and the ceiling leaked during rain.

Very affordable with a good location in the center of Kuta, close to the beach and shopping, with friendly staff. Hot water in the shower and nice pool.

The pool had no steps to get in it out with, the beds were hard and uncomfortable, pathway to room had a hole in it, dangerous.

Humidity is the main problem. It's okay for one night but check your clothes when you change the hotel because they might be a bit humid too..

The pool and the calm of the place make it super relaxing even tho its not far from the main road. The whole place has a lot of potential but not many people stay there.

As it was probably closed over Covid, there is still a lot of maintenance to be done. Breakfast very basic, eggs not cooked properly, always overcooked.

Location great, close to beach & 2 shopping malls. staff were very friendly and helpful. Very close to Airport.

yes the place is worn out, toilet not very clean, water pressure is not good in the shower and breakfast is very simple, but for the price it’s okay actually. can’t complain too much for the price per night. don’t expect anything fancy 🙂

pool is very nice and clean and the location is super good! quiet street away from the main road. recommended if you look for budget accommodation. bed and pillows were good also. have stayed there few times already and will stay there again if going to kuta.

The room had many mosquitoes, it was not clean or kept in good condition and there was no hot water. We had received much better accommodation in the same area for the same price. There are more expensive rooms that look to be in better condition but they were cheaper elsewhere.

The location was good for the airport and they booked a taxi there for us.

The pool was good and the location was the best from the airport, room doors, toilets, shower,tables,towels soap and all the inside facilities are horrible, worse condition, The door rattles the whole night, Breakfast was ok and cups and plates very very dirty,the reception guy who served breakfast didn't even check, Won't recommended.

This was an uninspiring hotel. I was looking for a not too expensive hotel for 1 night in Denpasar where I needed car parking on site. The room looked OK, until the power went in the middle of the night & was still off the following morning. Fortunately, I had my mozzie net as there were a number of mozzies in the room.

the staff were really good , the rooms were clean enough (‘although I had no hot water in the shower ) and mentioned it to them a few times but it never got resolved but it was hot enough I didn’t really care - the location is good very close walk to Kuta square but there is a lot of street vendors on the corner who are very pushy and it’s nearly impossible to get them to leave you alone without buying something - and even after you do buy something every time you walk past they just keep pushing - about the only thing for it’s location I didn’t like but those stalls are everywhere and nothing unique to this properties location though )

There no trash bin in my room, I have to get it by myself from outside the room. Toilet paper need to be requested. The towel seems like alredy used for a very long time, I bought a new-clean towel at Lippo Mal

Unfortunately the property was not clean, towels and sheets were unused and we had to self clean the bathroom to remove stains. We were uninformed prior that the pool was not accessible due to renovation.

The light in the room was very bad. The was no comfortable place to sit in the room. WIFI was super slow in my room and sometimes didn't work at all.

The hygiene was extremely bad, white towels and bad sheets not white anymore. Please just a little effort will change this place quality a lot and please remove those towels with full of holes

Though it was a Superior room, it had only very basic facilities. Soon after I arrive at the hotel, I was told and taken into a Standard room saying that I booked a Standard room but not a Superior room. Luckily, I was carrying a print-out of the reservation and have to present it to the lady to offer me the Superior room that I actually booked. The room had stained bed sheets. Unclean bathroom with a stained sink and a low flow shower. No bins either in the bedroom or the bathroom. Aircon existed just for name sake and it blew like a fan though it was running at 16 degrees. It took about 6Hrs to cool down the room in the evening time and during the day with hot whether outside, the room started heating-up again. Though they advertised airport pickups for a cost, it took 1.5Hrs and 10 phone calls for the hotel shuttle to come pickup me from the airport. No basic bathroom supplies - only provided 3 small soap bars. No shampoo and No conditioner. Only supplied me with 1 dirty looking towel which was not white anymore. Very basic breakfast - if it is not a buffet, I would expect at least couple of Eggs/Omelette's. I stayed in another hotel in Kuta where it was an Indonesian buffet breakfast and I was offered freshly made fluffy Omelette as per my needs.

There's a lot not to like here, the furniture was old and decrepit, everyday we were visited by cockroaches, ants and lizards the whole lot, there were no latches on the bathroom door and the bathroom amenities were old and not fixed properly and the fridge was also dirty, Overall cleanliness is a big issue here.

The Breakfast was average, the bare minimum egg, toast and some fruits, the overall garden was good and the pool was a nice addition, and finally the staff was helpful.

In the first day, we felt a bit of mold in the room. Which was giving allergies to my friend. And they gave us another one. 🫶🏼 The staff were super helpful and kind!

The breakfast and the swimming pool were just awesome hehehe! Very well located! Price was super good! And the staff were super kind !!!
