We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I loved everything about Tamoa the welcome I received for Edi was so lovely, especially after a long journey to arrive on Gili T. The room and facilities at Tamoa are beautiful. Large rooms with gorgeous open air bathrooms 👌a comfy bed and approximately 5 steps to reach the swimming pool. The morning breakfast was fantastic. Plenty of options and great portion sizes. The banana pancakes are the best on the island! As a female, solo traveller I felt safe and looked after at Tamoa. Edi or the one of the team were always waiting on the guests arriving back safely at night with a welcome smile. The staff work incredibly hard to make the guests' stay comfortable. I had a birthday whilst on Gili T and was welcomed back to my room by a birthday banner.... Very thoughful. A 5 minute walk to the beach. 10 mins to the harbour Approx an hour to cycle around the island. The stay was so good I extended my visit one extra night. I will definitely revisit this paradise island and stay at Tamoa 🙏

JerseyHotel needs maintenance, photos are clearly from when it opened. The bathroom is open air so therefore warm, full of mosquitoes and not very clean. You want the aircon on as its warm but during the night it gets cold and there is only a flat sheet (no blankets at all) but if you put aircon temperature up it gets too hot Breakfast was weak but again, for price paid it was acceptable

DenmarkThe bathroom is not like the pictures. Its outside which means that the rain will pour into the bathroom. Furthermore all the bathrooms are connected through a hole in the wall. It’s dirty and with a bad smell.
The bedroom was nice and clean with great AC. The staff was nice and very helpful.

Portugalthe location is bad. I mean if you stay in the island is better to be closed to the beaches the roads inside are quite dark and have a lot bumps which makes it quite hard ride the bike at night.

We loved this hotel. Beautifully designed and the rooms were very modern . Aircon was brilliant and was nice to come into a cool room The hosts there (Edi) was a lovely gentleman who assisted us with everything we needed. Breakfast was really good also and was included . 10 minute work from the east side of the island where there is tons to do.

United KingdomThe air conditioning units in the rooms need to be replaced, they don’t cool the room down at all, you can only feel a very slight breeze directly in front of the unit so it feels unbearably hot The pool has far too much chlorine in it The mattress was a bit too hard for us (personal preference of course!)
