The room is big and comfortable. Very close to the main restaurants, cafe and Bambu Gym. Staff is friendly and helpful. Surf school coaches are great and there is a good vibe everyday!

The only thing was I was unaware of any group activities or surf lessons. No member of staff gave me any advice about the area, or the accommodation.. A neighbour of the villa told me about a BBQ so that was isolating.

The hotel is beautiful! I was shocked when I arrived at how nice it is. I looked at staying extra days but sadly they were fully booked! I would 100% recommend it - easy walking distance to local cafes/shops etc or 3min moped ride.

Such a chilled place! A short walk/ scooter to the bars and restaurants but still a peaceful little oasis! Great staff and lovely food! Chef is the politest guy🤙🏼 Comfortable room and great air con! I would happily stay again

It was a beautiful location away from the hustle of main Bali. Unfortunately for us it turned out our grandchildren were further away than anticipated. After as chat with Dave about this he graciously refunded us the remaining time we had booked. He didn't have to as the situation was at fault on our end. Thanks Dave we really appreciated it.

Everything was great If you don’t scooter or use go jet then it would be a bit of an uphill climb to get to the Main Street but that’s it

Bathroom needed a little love - it was clean just needs to be painted maybe to give it a bit of life. Everything was perfect otherwise!

We loved the location - close to the main streets in Uluwatu, but far enough for peace and quiet. The room was really big and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were incredibly lovely.

Great place to stay at just 10 min walking from the main streets of Uluwatu. The owners help you with everything, the accommodation is spectacular and they have a lot of activities everyday. Also amazing food! Great to meet new people and to do some surf lessons!

It probably a little further off the main streets than we realised, so was a short walk to the main area. however, some people may like that. one night there was a music gig on and we could hear it very clearly so I struggled to sleep! however other times it was quiet. the shower head was fixed in a funny spot so the water sprayed out rather than down, but luckily the shower was quite big to accommodate it!

The property was so beautiful! It felt like such an oasis. the room was spacious, the bed was big and comfortable and the wifi was good. The pool was really lovely too and the air con efficient.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tamuku Padang Padang. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the shared pool space is very green - it was lovely to relax here for a few days. The staff were super helpful and organised the airport pick-up and scooter hire for us, which really helps to get around Uluwatu to enjoy all the beaches and great cafes & restaurants. The location is both a pro and a con - set back from the hustle of the main roads, it's much quieter at Tamuku, but this also means a short, hilly walk (<10 mins) to the main strip - but hiring a scooter makes this a non-issue!

Even though it's in a quiet area, you can hear the traffic from the roads around very much, especially during the night motorbikes are super loud. It is quite disturbing, we needed ear plugs to sleep well. There could be mosquito repellents in the room (electric or spray).

Nice and spacy villas surrounded by a lush garden and a very nice pool area - great place to chill and relax. Staff is nice and helpful. Bed and bathroom are comfortable, linens and towels are great quality. There is a common kitchen to prepare some food for yourselves.

First of all in the bathroom it smells really bad from some kind of pills they put there to neutralize other bad smells. The pool was nice, but quite dirty most of the days. They seem to no care too much about the visitors - their main focus is being a surfing camp. It's not recommended to walk from there to the main area of Uluwatu because there are lots of dogs on the way and it's completely dark. There are better options for these money

The location is nice, outside the main area and it has a lot of potential. The room and bathroom are big and it has AC. It has a nice vibe of "camp" with songs and strangers spending time with each other

The towels were quite dirty, and the room wasn't fully sealed, which means that there are a lot of bugs, mosquitos and even small lizards that kept coming in and out of the room (through the ceiling). In addition, there was missing a comfortable place to sit in the room (meaning, except for the bed) - which is quite necessary IMO.

The room was spacious (with an attached bathroom), and the staff was very nice and welcoming. Amazing location - right at the center of Uluwatu (close to all of the shops, restaurants), but remote enough to be intimate, 3 mins drive from the main road.

-The AC is not enough to cool down the room, prepare to feel hot -the room was not cleaned in the day so we found it as we left -they started cutting grass at 8 AM, waking us up...we are on holidays and would like to rest -they charge an extra 3% for card payments

Location was only a 10 minute walk but extremely steep hills, could hear motorbikes all night. No nice touches, only Bintangs available on site, no massage etc. for what was included was quite pricey

We rented 2 rooms, one of then had gecko poop 2 days in a row. The first day we asked them to change sheets, they said we probably left the door open and a bird came in. Fine. Second day, poop again. We look up on the roof and there is a gecko. We go to the front desk (this was 7pm) no one there. We tried contacting the owner, no answer. We then called booking.com who called the owner, who got in touch with us. The owner promised a refund on WhatsApp, and days after deleted the messages (you can see the “this message was deleted” on WhatsApp) promising the refund. Very low move.
