Wasn't a big fan of the breakfast other than the fruit.

We loved the grounds, and the pool was beautiful. The room was lovely, the bed was comfy and the staff was always very friendly. We loved the Koi at the front of the building. Fed them every day. The scenery from our deck was so beautiful 😍

My only real complaint was that there wasn’t AC. Having AC would have made it perfect. Maybe even ceiling fans in addition to the floor fans may have helped.

It was a nice little villa tucked away on what seemed like a resort street. The rooms were clean and the pool was lovely. It was close to other spots to eat and we enjoyed the views of the terraces from other locations. The breakfast was ok- I really liked the scrambled eggs and pastry set. The beds were on the firmer side but I prefer that. Overall it was very comfortable and a great price!

Fabulous private villa with views of the volcanos and rice fields. Superb service with a Balinese smile! Great breakfast with a view. Pool is wonderful and hiking and dining are right outside the Villa.

There was no aircon in the rooms, fans were provided but they made a lot of noise so it was hard to sleep in with the heat and the noise. The breakfast that was included in the price was very poor and didn’t taste nice. The fruit was also pre cut and stored in the fridge so wasn’t fresh.

The location was great, amazing views and near lovely warungs for food. Easy pick up for taxis etc and incredible rice fields near by, views of mt agung were spectacular.

We had a provblem with our shower which would go extremely hot until the boiler ran out, without possibility to turn it to medium heat or back to cold. So we could only shower cold but maybe this is a one time problem that is already fixed.

The beautiful location close to nature, fun activities, and the relaxed vibe. The place was natural and beautiful and there was always enough staff to help us, who were all very willing to help planning activities providing info! Also a view of mount Agung in the distance. A nice pool and a nice restaurant/breakfast area. Nice rooms. Simply amazing.

"Uma Agung" is a very beautiful place, situated in the nature, with a spectacular view from the swimming pool over the mountains. The room was big and the bad was very comfortable. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Not too far is our very favourite restaurant in Bali "Anandinii Organic Garden & Kitchen". It is about 10 minutes walk, after the end of the road, there is a very short trail, the restaurant is beautiful and the food - amazing.

Had a bad discussion with staff when. Baby bed was for babies up to 6 months and we came with a 1 5 year old. Ended up sleeping on mattress on the floor and was almost charged 150 K for this. Also there was no water cooker in the room as was promised and could not make formula and clean baby bottles. In the end the place bought a bunch of water cookers for the room

Restaurant was very nice but looks like most of guest preferred to go for dinner to other places across the road as there was a better view and menu. We had portable AC unit which didn't cool much and we struggled few nights. Water in the pool had some strong chemicals and it was very irritating to eyes.

Location is amazing and hotel is very peaceful and quiet. Staff very friendly.

Perfect place to stay! Quiet, in the rice field with view on the montain. The staff is very helpful and kind with the guest. I really recommend this place if you come to sidemen. The swimming pool is amazing and the food at the restaurant tasty.

The only thing I didn't like was the dessert I had at the restaurant. It was supposed to be a banana split but it was a very cheap and bad ice cream with banana on top. Very bad and not so cheap. I would recommend to give quality to their food if they want customers to eat there. Breakfast was good.

The room was really big and comfortable. The pool was always clean and was nice to swim. Breakfast with many choices and also to sit at the restaurant in the evening is so relaxing. Next to many warungs which are really good and near main spots to see.
