Can’t get food or drinks around the pool, they only do breakfast

Little bit run down .. bare essentials only 2 smelly shower towels no hand towels very minimal but was good for one night and late 6pm checkout.. pillows on bed were a bit smelly too.. tv was fuzzy poor quality 2 satchels of coffee, fridge was tiny couldn’t even fit a big bottle of water in it.

The pool area was small but adequate it was close to everything lots of nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Aircon worked well.It was quiet at night ..

They did not change my linen until I specifically asked for after 5 nights; could be noisy at night at the pool area; the kettle did not work properly

Probably wouldn’t book here if I wasn’t going to stay in a pool access room. Best part of the hotel is walking straight out of your room to the pool. People order food to hotel often and leave it around the pool, which isn’t cleaned up by staff that often. Stuff left laying around for at least a whole day sometimes. Aircon wasn’t perfect but I think because we stayed in the room that got the most sun it struggled. We asked for a second room key to leave it running while we were out, otherwise it was impossible to keep cool.

Great location to walk most places, lots of food around. Close to poppies Bed was comfy, enough space in room. Bench for your suitcase.

The bed was not the most comfiest, and since it’s very close to everything it was also very loud - I could hear people walking past the door, people singing karaoke from nearby. If you’re a light sleeper like me, I advise you to bring earplugs.

The internet sometimes was slow. But as I understand it’s normal thing for Bali😅

The location is really nice! It’s quiet place with super friendly stuff and nice pool. They provide room cleaning, clean towels and water in the rooms every day. I really enjoyed the stay here. It’s near to ocean, to the mall and really nice restaurants.

Leaking aircond. The soap dispenser didn't work properly. Toilet door didn't work properly. No hairdryer. The brochure stand needs to revisited. Old and bended brochures kept. Best to discard unwanted brochures. Internet is not consistent.

No balcony and pool is small .

The hotel small and compact . We had a room with no balcony . The staff are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is very small and not very inviting. Breakfast was ok but nothing special so don't book it with breakfast. The location is perfect.
