We stayed here a couple of times. One time the 1 room villa was taken, so we got the 2 room villa, but we liked the outside of the one room villa better.

Lot of privacy, no noice from the road or restaurants. Close to nusa dua. Good breakfast (also room service if you like). Very nice staff. Very clean.

We loved everything. But, please note, the property is a little run down. It didn’t worry us as the price range met our needs. It is was clean. We could also hear the local dogs barking. A little annoying. But aside from the crying child next door, the scooter noise down the local streets, and the chain saw being used locally, it was fine. We spent most of each day out and sight seeing. So didn’t have to put up with the noise for long. It beats noisy packed resort style accommodation.

Love the private space. Loved the pool. The staff were beautiful. Carman looked after us very well. Loved coming back to a cleaned villa each afternoon. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Property photos were the same as in reality, but the actual villa size was even bigger. Place is located on the back of the main road just 5 mins walk. Beach is 10 mins walk. Restaurant where they serve breakfast, is on the way to the main road. Breakfast choice is not big, they offer European and local foo and it's freshly cooked upon the order. You can chose the delivery option. They offer room delivery for lunch or dinner and food quality is very good. Hosts were fantastic, big thanks to Komang and Sari - both were great. Property owner is very considerate, kind and helpful. Villa and pool are cleaned everyday. They offer free transfer from/to airport, which is a bonus. Besides, you can chech for a free transfer to Bali Collection shopping center. Would highly reccommend the property for easy and enjoyable stay

Terrace villa offers great private villa for a couple. It's good value and nearby restaurants, shops and nusa dua area. The villa has a typical balinese decor. The room is comfortable and spacious, and the living room is mid-indoor/mid-outdoor. Komang, one of the staff members, was helpful and lovely, thanks for the service provided.

A simple reception to welcome guests, but once we were led to our villa, we were pleasantly surprised that the place was spacious and clean with that tropical feels. We enjoyed our own private pool and amenities so much that we barely went out to explore the neighborhood.

The villa was spacious and quiet. For breakfast, we had the option to be delivered to the villa or go to the little restaurant at the beginning of the street. We went to the restaurant and there you can choose between 3 different options. We were totally happy with the size (fruit, juice, toast with jam and butter, AND whatever you choose as a main dish) and it was really good. It is also a good location since you can walk everywhere. There are also little stores right when you come to the main street. The beach right across the street was not the best but if you keep on walking there are nice beaches in front of the resorts that you can use but there is no shade :(

Only hitch was that the reception was not manned all the time and sometimes reaching them was a minor issue. But nevertheless an amazing place to stay

The pool in the villa was just as described....beautiful The owner went over the agreed facilities and provided a free cab to the airport on the day of departure

The downside….it wasn’t within a comfortable walking distance to a selection of restaurants, warongs or tourist shopping.

I liked everything about Terrace Bali Villa. The first thing I noticed as I walked through the doors for the first time was the large size garden area and the clean, sparkling swimming pool. The a/c worked very well and the bedroom and bathroom were spacious.

What an excellent place this was to stay. Beautiful villa, looked even nicer than the photos. The staff were genuine and super friendly. You could order anything to the room via a simple WhatsApp message. Quiet and relaxing location just minutes away from dozens of excellent restaurants. Highly recommended.

Beautiful property. the best villa I stayed in during my stay in Bali. Huge private pool ( bigger than some in hotels ). had all the facilities I needed. not much around except some great restaurants but they organised a scooter for me and it was so easy to get around the area. would also be a cheap taxi ride into the centre of Nusa Dua. A good sized breakfast was included. highly recommend if you want somewhere quiet or planning to travel on the fast boats.

Although there were two gas rings for cooking, there weren’t any cooking utensils. Phoning to place a food order was a bit hit and miss. On one evening I tried 12 times in 90 mins to place my dinner order, someone finally answered the phone, apologised and told me that the restaurant had been very busy. This was resolved by giving my order to the delightful staff when they serviced my villa around 2.30pm

The villa was large with plenty of outside space which included a good sized pool, two lounge beds, a bale and a lawned area. I was more than happy with breakfast which was delivered to my villa. There were plenty of lovely beaches in the area, you would need transport to access them as I feel they would be too far to walk in the heat.

Noisy air conditioning in the room making it hard to sleep, Staff were amazing and moved us after the first night but I think they’re all the same.

Location 5 minute walk to a path that gave you an extended walking path all the way to Nusa Dua watching all of the resorts along the way.
