How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The staffs are friendly. Check in the late evening, was fast and smooth, although there was a problem with card key, they helped whole heartedly. There was a cafe shop and was able to get lychee tea to bring to the room. It was tasty! Standard room is spacious. Furniture arrangement and design is nice. Bed & pillows are comfortable. Hotel provides shuttle to airport hourly by hi ace van. Only 10 minutes ride to the airport. Front desk was thoughtfull by offering a morning call. Overall a comfortable hotel to stay and rest for a transit.

Exceptionally professional front desk staff. Reservation of an airport shuttle was done in seconds. Room service was quick. Clean and spacious room.

Extra insulation on the windows would be great from the noise from outside. There is no foods or anything interesting nearby the hotel. And the least, no iron and board provided in the room which is crucial for airport hotel/business overnighter. paid 150k to the laundry for a set ironing service.
free shuttle bus from or/and to the airport every hour / by request off peak period, Clean room, friendly staffs, and fast free wifi!

Communication about shuttle bus was terrible. We didn't know where to go to get shuttle, no-one met us at airport, and we waited 1 1/2 hours, trying to call hotel with no answer, before finally taking a $20 taxi. Fitness room was tiny and HOT (29 degrees!) with A/C that did not cool the room down. It only had treadmill, bike and weights. Vegetarian options for dinner were very limited.
All-you-can-eat breakfast was fantastic. Pool was nice, although they need to clean the bugs out more regularly. Rooms were clean, comfortable, with mini-fridge, safe - very modern.

There were only shampoo and body wash provided in the bathroom, adding a conditioner/treatment would have been nice.

What I didn't like huh. Well I guess that I had to leave so quickly but I will return soon!!
I liked everything about the 101 Hotel. From the front steps of the building all the way to the rooftop lounge on the "11th" floor.

Very clean and modern rooms, comfortable beds. Free pick up/drop off from/to the airport. Good restaurant with plenty of quality food options (local and occidental menu). The staff is very helpful (arranged a special car for free to drop me off at the airport because their shuttle didn’t have space left for me.) Definitely recommended if you are looking for a place near the airport. (Be aware there are no restaurants or streets to stroll around near bye as the purpose is to literally be at the airport ;-) )

Really near to the airport with a free and punctual shuttle service. Nice clean and spacious room with comfy beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Food and coffee in restaurant was very tasty.

A couple more vegetarian options would be great!
Big clean, comfortable rooms. Lots of lovely places to eat and most importantly super close to the airport!! About 15 mins and they offer a free shuttle bus which was great.

We stayed in the hotel for one night The hotel is located aproximately 20min from the airport and there is a free pickup service provided by the hotel with Arip who even called us directly. When we were arriving we were warmly welcomed by the staff Desy and Lika who even provided us with an upgrade to a suite for free. The room was amazing and very clean. The hotel has a rooftop bar and restaurant and a restautant in the lobby with a nice breakfast.
