Very tiny washroom, and no toilet attached sprayer. The shower water was cold at hot settings, at times. No working down escalator.

The rooftop theme, and the largeness of the facility ( added on parts of the hotel ). Attached to a lounge, and restaurant. Also, location conveniently located to other places. The breakfast was great too!

The shower had a curtain which didn't keep the water in much.

The room was spacious and clean with a large bed. The room had everything we would need such as a kettle, coffee and tea, a hair dryer etc.

i think the hotel had karaoke on the night we stayed, so it was quite loud for a couple hours, the rooms are a bit old so don’t quite look like the photos, but nonetheless still comfortable. there’s also only one charger by the bed which can be tedious if you and your charger are both fighting to charge their phones.

breakfast was buffet style with a lot of different options, room temperature was good, staff were friendly and held our bags in baggage storage while we went out for the day.

The room was quite small, and the shower was fixed to the wall, and its angle was fixed too, also the water was warm, but not hot.

the noise comming from the hotel playing so loud was really bad at times... my advice to the hotel cut the music down its not a disco ..... or are you running a hotel for people to enjoy.......its a good place been there many times but the music needs to be stopped ,consentrate on the hotel booking not the so called disco you will only lose repeat customers....

Cleaners start work in the corridors about 6.30am chatting very loudly to each other which woke me up everyday, room was Ok but very dated, none of the equipment worked in the gym

Food & drink orders to longer than necessary, sky pool bar doesn’t have most of the drinks & ingredients for the menu. brought up from downstairs took 30mins. Issues with scan cards for lifts daily Our door is as broken and no one could open it and once the finally did that’s it, wasnt fixed so constant frustration opening & closing it. Checkout customer service was questionable at checkout & had to wait for room to be checked before leaving. I get it but it was done rudely not to mention they’ve been in it daily for cleaning plus the door incident, no issues. He meet my partner downstairs outside demanding him pay $20 fee due to ink from my partners new tattoo. It’s easily would come out, soak would easily fix it. I’ve never heard of it and wasn’t on the list they make you sign at check in. This was after I was made to sign a disclosure not to request refund of any type due to checking out at 10pm the night prior for late flight, which I wasn’t going too. It’s only a $20 fee which we payed straightaway anyway. Working in the industry I know how crucial customer service & guest relations is priority and easily changed the experience into a good one.

I was staying at the hotel 2019. It looks much better, especially the Sky pool area. The restaurant, for breakfast they used to have alot of variety and choice. This time, not much. The fruit were basic. No pineapple or banana. Just watermelon, honeydew and papaya.
