Literally heaven on earth. Facilities were great, comfortable room, beautiful pool with swim up bar. The staff were lovely and attentive. The resort also has a shuttle bus to the local super market which was close to shops and restaurants, very handy. The Alantara also had live entertainment every other night. Restaurant was tasty, and had great variety.

The location isn't fantastic, but there's a free shuttle service and taxis are very cheap from the hotel to Sanur. There is a convenience store only a few minutes walk away. The location helps to keep the hotel nice and quiet compared to the hustle and bustle of Sanur.

The pool is absolutely beautiful, with lovely landscaped gardens surrounding and a swim up bar. Always ample clean towels and we could secure a lounge at some stage during the day. The hotel was nice and quiet, with relaxing music playing at a sensible volume during the day. Attention to detail (for example, bag stands for when you are eating at the restaurant) really made an impression. The spa was amazing - highly recommend the King and Queen treatments if you are travelling as a couple. Comfy beds. The best thing about the Alantara was the staff - everybody was so helpful and happy. We really felt welcome and cared for.

Location out of Sanur however it was tranquil and they offered a free shuttle and grab services always close by. So location is not really a problem

We were made to feel very welcome. Food amazing, staff friendly and attentative. My daughter liked this stay the best on our holiday, BUT we did chillax and spend lots of time in the pool. Apartments were amazing. Entertainment was good.

This is not the hotels fault, but people staying should be aware its not easy to walk to the main Sanur beach or street as you have to cross a highway. But don't let this stop you, grab taxi, it's super cheap and safe! Stay here it's amazing!

Sanur is about 10 min. from the resort they provide shuttle bus for free every two hours there and back .

We were in a Suite and we could hear the guests upstairs, moving furniture, walking around etc, quite off-puting. The ice-cream cart with the face of a man looked out of place in the lovely Bali setting. The pads on the pool lounge chairs were not very comfortable

Can‘t think of anything worth writing.

The entire staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful and absolutely lovely. Even before our arrival, they were already helpful in reorganising our stay due travel issues on our behalf. At the location everybody had the time for a genuine chat and play with our baby boy, which was always a delight. Breakfast was good with slightly changing selection, egg and soup station. The pool is great as it let’s you ponder around and give you the feeling if being in a stream and not a simple pool. Pool bar was always open and served food and drink. The grounds are maintained very nicely, not letting you feel the hustle & bustle of Sanur, but a nice little oasis. To get to the busier partnof Sanur we mostly took a Grab. It‘s possible to walk, but better to take a quick drive. Didn‘t use the spa, but only once the gym for a run which was okay. We had the room with the outdoor shower, which was great. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay and can once again only say a big thanks to all for maling it such lovely stay.

We had a large area for the bathroom but only one chair to sit on in our room. If we wanted to relax in the airconditioning we could only sit on the bed. Otherwise the place was great!

We had a deluxe suite as that was the only one left & it was lovely. The outdoor shower & the large indoor bath was a real treat! The pool was fun & the buffet breakfast was really lovely. The massage & spa package was a reasonable price but booked out early & the gym was good too. The design of the hotel meant the rooms were off the road so they were very quiet & you didn't feel like you were in a busy noisy city. The gardens around the hotel made it feel very tranquil & cooling.

It was a little out of the way/to the beach. But they do have a free shuttle if timing suits this is a great service.

Pool area was like a lazy river. Covered in flowers and plants. The room was very well appointed and spacious. The spa is affordable and skilled masseuse. Food was great and Ika the young 20 ish lady that served us at dinner was an absolute stand out. So passionate about her culture and great customer service. Along with many other very pleasant staff too.

The only two things I’d say is that the location is a little out from Sanur beach and one time, out of four days, all the sun beds around the pool were taken but there were still plenty of seats at the poolside bar. So we sat there for 10 minutes until a sun bed became available.

Beautiful hotel and maintained amazingly. The facilities were all clean, functioning and orderly. The staff were super friendly. The breakfast was great and varied each day we were there. The hotel was busy but quiet with mostly new families and couples.

I didn't like being on level 3 having to walk up and down many stairs all the time.

In the room there was a magnifying electrically lit makeup mirror which was very handy. I really liked the balcony and set up of the room

No 2 for 1 happy hour for cocktails. Food in restaurant a bit more expensive compared to restaurants down the road. More floating beds would be good. 2 is a boy short. 3 or 4 would be ideal.

The Staff are amazing and friendly. No task to big, made the trip for us. Nice and hidden away, like a little private oasis.

Wash rooms are not having ventilation, they are small and room has few mosquitos. Breakfast options are very few.
