The location isn’t the best- it’s definitely not a walkable distance to town or the beach but the shuttle helps. The buffet breakfast didn’t have a huge selection but what was there was yum

The Alantara is just beautiful- the lagoon pool and gardens are gorgeous. The food was delicious but not very toddler friendly.. really appreciated the big shallow section of the pool for our toddler to play in. Staff were lovely and free shuttle was great

Some small tips: - the shower head of the shower in the spa was shifted to one side so the water does not come out evenly. -the menu card was a bit unstructured and unclear to us. Different courses are on different places. The food was really amazing though.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. From the beginning the employees were very friendly and helpful. We had some nice talks in the restaurant and at the pool bar. Also in arranging several things for the remainder of our holiday the staff was always there to help us out. The room was amazing, very organised and it included everything we needed. Beautiful shower and bath, very comfortable and big bed. Als the closets were very nice. The menu in the restaurant was really great. We had some delicious dishes on our first night. Also, the breakfast buffet offers pretty much everything. What we particularly liked was the fresh eggs that you can order at the buffet and which are served to you on the table. Very friendly staff who are also in for a chat. They remember your room number and name, and they are interested in your day plans. This all contributes to a very welcoming feeling and recognition. The swimming pool is also very nice. You can access the pool bar from the pool. There are big cushions where you lay on in the water. Perfect for a relaxed, sunny afternoon. The spa treatment was very relaxing and calm. Friendly staff who want to make sure you are comfortable. The deep tissue massage is definitely recommended.

Just a beautiful resort, staff are very friendly and helpful. Great place to totally unwind and relax. Restaurant had great food choices on the menu and couldn't fault anything we ate.

It was perfect

I loved this hotel we opted to upgrade to the 1 bedroom Villa with private pool this was exceptional. The villa is located within the hotel. The hotel’s restaurant and bar is lovely great breakfast choice, we choose to eat one evening at the restaurant and the food was excellent. The hotel looks beautiful and is well kept and maintained. Use the shuttle bus to take you into the main area as it’s a 20 minute walk dodging all the traffic. A taxi would cost next to nothing to get back if you miss the shuttle bus. The pool area is very nice but people get up early to save beds.

The location isn’t great but they offer a free shuttle into Sanur which makes it very easy.

Loved the 2 bedroom villa with pool and the big pool with swim up bar. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The spa was beautiful.

SMOKING around the pool and.once in the restaurant at Breakfast. The year is 2023 please BAN all smoking at your resort. Have a smoking area away from other guests by all means, but please BAN and ENFORCE no smoking around the pool and in the Restaurant.

The staff were awesome and funny. Always smiling and super helpful ! The room was nice but could do with a bigger TV (Smart TV would be nice).

The location is not the best, but we expected that when booking. The free shuttle to sanur center is a nice gesture, but don’t count on it and take a private taxi as the shuttle is filled up quickly.

Was a bit of a walk to the beach and had to go over a main road as all shops and other restaurants over the other side. The spa a bit pricey for Bali so didn’t use it which is a shame.

Relaxed and didn’t feel busy. The swim up bar and restaurant was fantastic. Mostly an adult place. The breakfast had lots of choice and very tasty.

My husband and I have stayed here a number of times and it's lovely. The rooms have a lovely view over the pool and garden, beds are very comfy and bathrooms are clean. The pool and swim up bar is delightful. The breakfast buffet is excellent. My meal at the restaurant for dinner was delicious, I just wish they had more Indonesian food options and less Western food.

Very nice resort! Lovely pool with swim up bar, food was great and the staff is super nice! Our room was very nice and the outdoor shower was lovely. The breakfast buffet was amazing! My husband never ate so much in his life :). The buffet dinner was also nice! They even offer a free shuttle to the center. So lovely!

We had an issue with the shower door in our deluxe room where the water from the shower was leaking out from under the door. The staff were able to fix it the following day so it saved us the hassle of moving to a different room.

We loved the chill and relaxed vibe of the resort. The staff were very sweet and accommodating. Shout out to Soma, Ari, Puma, Ita, Febri, Pande and Edi—they took care of us and literally made our stay extra much special. The food at Pesisi Restaurant was great. We highly recommend the nasi goreng and mie goreng. Location-wise, it’s in a very quiet neighborhood but also fairly close (about 5 mins away by taxi) to the cafés, shops and beach front.
