Not by anyone’s fault but there were some insects like small ants roaming around. It’s a bit secluded if you want to be close to the harbour, but they make up for that with a splendid restaurant and bar.

Very friendly staff that helped with everything. Nice and calm area, big room with amazing view of the water and sunrise. Good food and drinks!

All staff were were fabulous - kind, friendly and helpful; the room was well appointed and had an uninterrupted view of the infinity swimming pool and the sea; the dining area was very well located with magnificent views and the all day dining options were very good.

The water everywhere from the shower to the swimming pool to the basin was salty. Staff was well intentioned but not very professional. The port pickup and drop were a little delayed and some of the staff were not able to understand our request

Our flight was delayed by a day and the management was very supportive to accommodate partial cancellation. The location was superb. You can see the sunrise right from your bed or from the infinity swimming pool.

Everything was incredible.

The location is superb. The infinity pool overlooks the sea. They arranged floating breakfast as well. And the to and fro drop from/to the Banjar Nyuh port was very helpful. The rooms are super spacious, with a variegated washroom with plants and vernonia creepers adding to the beauty. Strongly recommended for stay in Nusa Penida.

The complimentary breakfast and dinner menu options were limited. The breads were hard. It gets very sunny in the dining area during breakfast.

Great location, near to Diamond beach, about 30 minutes away by scooter. It is a bit far from snorkeling activity start point, so plan accordingly. Rooms were large and spacious. Lupita the receptionist was very cheerful and helpful. The hotel even arranged complimentary pick up and drop off to the Nusa Penida fastboat harbour.

Everything was just great!

Amazing friendly staff. A place with a beautiful view of the ocean. We received a transfer there and back from the port. In 20 minutes, with short notice, we received the scooters to travel the island. A really good SPA is available. Restaurant with good food so you do not need to go somewhere.

The resort is just the most exquisite place on this island. The houses are beautiful, really comfortable for longer stays as well and the view is just spectacular. On top of this all, the wonderful staff have made it all magical: they were extremely helpful, polite, yet cheerful and quick to help us with all our requests. Thank you Nita and the whole staff for those wonderful few days, I can’t wait to be back!

The view of the ocean was absolutely beautiful. It’s in a quiet place and far from harbour. This is the place to go if you are looking for some quite time and a place to relax. Wifi is really good. This is best wifi place that we had in Bali. And even the message was really good and reasonably priced. The staff are really good and very helpful. They booked snorkelling and arranged a scooter for us.

nothing really, would be nice to have a beach where you could swim. and the hotel itself is located near the road, but it’s not loud at all.

great value for this price in Nusa Penida. located in quieter area of the island closer to the Diamond beach. staff arranged for us pick up in harbour and bikes rental. food in the restaurant is quite basic, but ok for a couple of days stay and spa in the hotel is nice too. great view from the pool area, but it’s a pity that there is no beach nearby
