The deluxe rooms were in a courtyard away from the beach. There was a pool in the courtyard, but the ones in the resort area closer to the beach were much nicer. The beach itself was not one you could really go into the water—rocky, silty, trash.

Very nice resort. Staff very friendly and helpful. Little touches of luxury—high end toiletries, rain head shower, robe/slippers, complimentary drinks in the mini fridge replenished every day. Breakfast buffet was immense, something for everybody.

Great hotel with some issues. We slept in premier room. We hear the neighbors voice very well from the corridor early morning and late night. Maybe facility got a little older so to open and close the doors to the room and balcony were always with a little challenge. Many group guests around the reception area and gave us a little hassle feeling. Staffs are friendly but sometimes they are little busy with chatting to each other than paying attention to the guest. We stayed 3 and 4 star hotels previously and only my opinion, those hotels had better trained staffs than Anvaya. ( language, dedication to their work and professionalism of hospitality)

The location is wonderful. Very easy to access to the beautiful beach and can walk along the ocean direction to Kuta beach. Many restaurant near by and also to discovery shopping mall. We totally enjoyed watching the famous sunset every single nights without being involved in terrible traffic during our stay. Staffs were very helpful. The breakfast was enjoyable with so many different kind of food. In this way everyone finds their favorite food. Pool facility was very nice as well.

There was really nothing that I didn't like! My only comment would be that from the drop off point to the road would be enhanced if there was more adequate lighting.

I enjoyed The Anvaya for many reasons; the staff and the service they provided was excellent. Being able to watch the sunset from the hotel restaurant, whilst having dinner, was a pleasure. The room (Premier, garden facing) was very comfortable and had everything I required and more. The pool/s area were great as there was ample shade, which I appreciated. I like the location as Tuban, is a little quieter than Kuta/Legian/Seminyak.

Breakfast at Sands restaurant was good except for quality of Indian menu which was of average quality and has a wide scope of improvement.

The only thing is the wife is still not strong..especially if you stay in beach front villas..

Love this hotel have stayed here many times..the staff wonderful..the place is spotlessly clean also lovely sunset on the beach out the back of hotel..I will be back to stay again..

The food menu at the pool didn’t include any local dishes and was a strange menu overall. The food in general was bland and lacking in flavour. Although the breakfast buffet was plentiful again nothing had flavour and it was just so so. The food stopped me from giving a 10/10 score. It was just so bland and not what you expect. We had to eat out and find alternative dining.

The atmosphere, cleanliness and staff were exceptional and I would definitely stay again. The pools and location were also great. It is a very beautiful and modern but traditional looking hotel.

We are world around travellers, stayed here this year in May1st time, and whenever we go back to Bali, won’t stay anywhere else anymore. I just can not praise the location, staff, cleanliness value for money. facilities, pool areas etc enough. 10-15 from airport, cuts 2 hours off your valuable vacation time each way! Room serviced 2x a day, always a surprise in tour room when you get back to retire. Staff truly make it special too. View from Beach Area Restaurant special and light sandy clean swimming beach. Just a beautiful spot. Discovery mall left and another big shopping complex including a big supermarket to your right ca 200m, across the road The Booze Shop, with reasonable wine selection and prices and a mini mart. Prices for Cocktails and Beer are very reasonable and we never had to purchase water or softdrink as they replenish your fridge every day! We truly love this place away from home.
