Breakfast was great but there are still room for improvements (compare with other hotels with price below). Steak at Reef Beach Club is not up to our expectation.

Love all the pools, great view in every side of the pool, the hydro jet pool for suite room guest is so so good. Very clean and beatiful resort, love the lobby art also.. Love the set menu in Izakaya Resto, Great experience in Coral dining but a bit too long between the menu.

When you are in the resort you don’t feel the Bali vibes. The food is expensive.

The Apurva Kempinski is a new hotel in Bali. It was hugo. We stayed at the lagoon room. The room was big and the pool was clean and relaxing. The bathroom was nice with a hot tube and electronic wc. Breakfast was perfect. There were a lot of variations for everyone. They gave a lot of sweets and (alcohol free) champagne. We also get a cake and other presents for our honeymoon. There were a lot of restaurants in the resort. Koral restaurant was a life time experience.

Roof top Bar's evening dinner time was a truly delicious experience. The dancing fireworks in the Roof top Bar garden under the night sky were so amazing. A glass of cocktail under the dancing fireworks made me feel calm and comfortable throughout the day. In addition, the friendliness of the staff and excellent service gave me the best feeling. In particular, I was deeply moved by the fact that when my wife complained of itchiness from insect bites, the staff at Kenpinski even called a nurse to provide treatment. My getaway at Kenpinski was the best break of our lives. I would like to thank all the staff of Kenpinski for providing great service in a great facility. Especially. Many thanks to Yudha Gatot of staff for calling the nurse at Roof top Bar.

There is literally nothing we did not like.

This was a magical stay. The hotel is one of the most beautiful hotel I have ever been to (and I used to live in Dubai). It actually feels like put of this world. The staff is so friendly and professional at all levels. The food in all the restaurants is amazing.

It was very busy when we checked in so checkin was 3.00pm and we couldn’t get in till just after 4.30pm so that was annoying especially for an expensive hotel. A complimentary drink would have been a nice touch 🤷🏻‍♀️Also, breakfast had a great selection but unfortunately with kids left open it was cold 🤷🏻‍♀️

The property is truly a masterpiece in architecture and size! It’s huge! Visually stunning! Lots of pools to laze around in. Beach was clean and daybeds for all. The restaurants are great. Gym had all the latest equipment with an ocean view of course.

I liked everything. A single suggestion. It would be nice to have sparkling wine at the end of breakfast.

A fantastic beach hotel. The huge room, with an outdoor space overlooking a private lake. The common areas and swimming pools are very well looked after. The variety and quality of the restaurants. The impeccable service and friendliness of the staff. It will certainly be a hotel to repeat on my next getaway do Bali to rest.

A hotel with a beautiful lobby, also excellent rooms but poor service, breakfast at a 3-star level in terms of the quality of the products. 5 stars at such a high price should count for something. I haven't seen the management, you can see the girl enjoying the beautiful view and the staff doing whatever they want.

The stay was absolutely amazing. The landscape is awesome, it looks like a palace. All staff were very friendly and attentive. The bedroom is completely comfy and pleasant. The stay included breakfast and I don't regret paying for it as it was delicious and fresh, the style is buffet and you can find plenty of different options. The hotel has sic restaurants and beautiful swimming pools.
