The breakfast options are very limited for vegetarians. Although they gave us options but it was still quite limited and not very good also. Also there were lizards and other kind of insects almost everywhere except your bedroom but opening kitchen drawer was also scary because I once saw something running across. Lizards around shower area. Spiders on pool towels outside.

The Villa is a bit old and tired, could do with some freshening up and a deep clean.

The Villa is in a good location to beach. Plenty of restaurants and mini marts close by. Nice big Villa with plenty of space and a private pool. An older villa so a bit rustic. Fantastic, friendly staff with great communication.

Just when the squirrels make the open kitchen and lounge area as their play ground at night is not great to wake up in the morning. I suggest you put special cover on the lounge and other seating area including tables. Provide it to quest and it’ll be their options.

Stray animals had come in overnight and left large amounts of faeces, which weren’t always cleaned straight away when asked. There was also a large number of ants, while the shower did not run properly as it was either boiling or freezing, with poor pressure.

We enjoyed the peaceful area and the pool was nice and well cleaned. The house keeping also did a good job each day and staff were friendly.

The open living space was open to the wildlife and cats sleeping on sofas, squirrels and the cockerels kept us awake most nights. The living room furniture needs updating and there were a lack of kitchen utensil pots and pans to cook with, we only had a small frying pan and one small mixing bowl. The mosquitoe nets around the bed kept coming off there track leaving space for mosquitoes to get in.

The villas were situated off street and very quiet , very spacious bedroom and bathroom, the open living space was adequate for our stay. The staff were really helpful with all our requests. Would definitely consider staying again if they were adequately equipped for long stays ( kitchen utensils, parasol for sun loungers, ).

We stayed here for 9 nights and absolutely loved it. Having said that the villas are in urgent need of a deep clean and makeover so be aware that they are not in perfect condition but are priced accordingly. The villas are perfectly located in.a quiet area but close to the beach with plenty of bars & restaurants close by. The villas themselves are large and the pool is great and the quietness and serenity once you close the doors to your villa is heavenly. Breakfast served in your villa was great with a decent choice. The staff are just wonderful and all so friendly and helpful & nothing is too much trouble. All the girls on reception, Eka, Fiona and Septi were great and Septi in particular was an absolute diamond & helped us so much. The only thing that soured our stay slightly was when they tried to charge us an extra fee for cleaning because of an alleged black mark on the duvet cover. As there was no stain the charge was reversed but it was all so unnecessary & is a policy I think they should review. All in all though a great relaxing stay & we would definitely stay again.

Breakfast can be improved maybe with more options? We had 2 options only, one Balinese and one American. We preferred the American one since the Balinese is totally different to us. However with the American also we were not satisfied. May add intercontinental option also without sausage, ham and add cheese and scrambled egg or cereals?

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We wanted to buy a sim card and one of the staff (sorry I forgot her name) came with us to the shop next to the villa and helped us while buying the sim card.

The villa was fantastic. The staff were always polite and accommodating. I didn't want a villa in the centre of Seminyak, so it was in the perfect location. It was very relaxing, close to enough amenities to be comfortable.

There were alot of mosquitoes...may be need to use some divider between bathroom and open shower so that mosquitoes can't get in.

Everything was exceptional. However, the bathroom wasn't holding water well as it would continually drain out.

The mosquitoes. But the staffs provide burn repellant every afternoon for the room and bathroom. Would be nice if they also provide spray or lotion repellant for guest. I bought it myself from minimarkets nearby.

Basically it's located in between Canggu and Seminyak area, easy to find to reach nearby attractions or restaurants. It's close to main road, so many minimarkets and local stalls surrounding the villa, but still quite and definitely private. Room furniture is a bit old and worn out, but bed is comfortable. The pool is great and well maintained.

I couldn't get the wifi to work. The Villa does need a deep cleaning. The cleaners came daily, but only did essentials. Outside bathroom needs attention. Peeling pain and mould issues.

Good location and the Villa was large and comfortable. Reception staff were helpful and very friendly. Clean towels and bed made daily was lovely.

The property is nice but a bit tired. Also, although there is a small kitchen in the suite, it is minimally equipped and you really wouldn't want to cook there. The wi-fi was too slow and I had to purchase 3rd party provider wi-fi which Awan Villas assisted me to do.

The property manager and all staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. In fact I cannot say enough about how great the staff were. Beds are often uncomfortable for me. The bed at this property was very comfortable.

Master bathroom ia spacious and clean, have shower and bathtub. Shower is at separated wall and have no roof, its very nice when summer time. But at rainy season its quite a handfull thing. i think its better to have portable roof or something.

Location is very close to the centre of seminyak, lot of food you can find. Bedroom is spacious and clean. if you like to swim or bring kids, the swimming pool big, i think its size 4 x 7 meters, to swim, not only dip pool. Its very nice.
