Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe area around the hotel is not very lively in the evenings, even in the Old Town Square which is weirdly cleared of people at 9pm every night. So it's an inexpensive taxi ride to get to the livelier parts of the city.
The hotel is very convenient for visiting Jakarta Old Town which is what we wanted to do. The rooms are spacious and well equipped and the staff very helpful. It is great value for money.

The room is super clean and comfy. Nice building in old town jakarta. Large selection for breakfast buffet. There is a kids corner and kids activity available fora small fee. My kids enjoyed the stay.

OmanThe communication is very weak in the hotel administration, I have traveled from Bali to jakarta and I have sent 4 times email to the hotel requesting taxi to pick me up from the jakarta Airport unfortunately they didn't respond back and no one was at the airport waiting me. I was very disappointed meanwhile I had sent them 4 emails reminding them.
