No anti-mosquito in the bathroom area. The lock on the bedroom door was jammed however it was quickly fixed.

The villa was nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and well presented.

Almost nothing! But because there are almost 20 villa's, you can hear the other guests in the villa's. I had the unpleasant experience that they played some loud music. But that was only 2 or 3 out of the 20 days I was here!

I had the absolute best three weeks here! All the staff is so nice and the villa's are great. The pool is big and has sun all day (till 1600). They clean the pool every 2 days. The villa's are located next to an open field, so you have all the privacy. You can barely hear the road, so it is all nice and quiet. The location is perfect. Quiet, but within 5 minutes (by scooter) to the center of Canggu. Because odcourse you have to do everything by scooter in Bali ;)

The villa is a little old, but they maintain it nicely. They also clean it daily, so no worries about bugs/lizards traces as you can ask them clean in the morning. Food is alright, they change the menu everyday. I should mention though that they have quite a steep stair steps, so maybe pay attention when travelling with toddlers. Staff are super nice, esp Mr Ketut who always greeted us gleefully during our stay

The room/restroom area design is not ideal, since the toilet and sink are outside the room and you have to maintain a door closed to avoid heat and mosquitoes to go in, since the restroom area (including the shower) are in an open area.

The Villas have a great pool and outside living room furniture. Staff is very friendly. It seems that the room might need some renovation (kinda old), but overall it’s a nice place to stay, specially if you travel with kids.

The bed creaked badly, loud creaking sounds. We had a neighbour in the next unit (within Bidadari) who partied all night till early morning - ladies screaming, music blaring. Not sure if guests were told to mind the no noise hours. We were not able to rest properly.

It’s in an area that we like - Umalas. Away from the maddening crowd of Canggu but still not too far away to get into Canggu, since we drive or ride the motorbike.

Located outside Canggu main area so transport is required to explore. 15-20 minute taxi ride to main streets. There was a few basics with walking distance (Cirle k, laundry and Warungs.). The bed was big but half was very uncomfortable and worn, needed replacing.

Very Friendly and welcoming staff, nice breakfasts- accepted a complimentary floating breakfast which was a fun novelty. The private pool was a real treat. Loads of space within the villa including an outdoor/undercover kitchenette, although we did not use.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The villa was wonderful. Very clean. Large living area. Gardens and grounds were delightful.

Really only small things but for some people I know they'd be non negotiable. Our bed was very squeaky, all you had to do was roll over or sit on it and it was creak and make a lot of loud noises. We also got massages at the hotel, again the massage bed you had to lay on was also really creaky so every time the massage person moved it would creak, not really ideal when getting a massage and trying to relax. Wifi really only connects in the main section of the villa, this wasn't an issue for us but for people working remotely it could be an issue. Also we constantly had to be asking for more towels, we were only given 2 but when going into the pool constantly and then the beach we needed more towels, we were given them each time but then housekeeping would take them the next morning so again we would have to ask. Lastly, the location is ok but it's still a good 5-10 minute scooter (don't even bother with cars so much traffic!!!!) into the main strip of Canggu. There are some lovely cafes/restaurants a few minutes walking distance to the facility but just know you're not near the main hustle and bustle of it all.

the villa was nice and spacious and pool was lovely too along with a lovely outdoor shower. We had the breakfast only one day, you pick from a menu of about 8 options (both local food options and western food) and it was simple, enough to keep you satisfied for the morning but it wasn't anything amazing. Overall this place is very good value for money.

The location in Umalas as super near to all the local highlights of canggu etc with lots of varied choice is you was to walk out to a bite to eat (room service is also a good choice).

Location was not great. About 15 minutes drive into main Canggu area, any walking to places is quite far. Outdoor kitchen is pointless as you can't keep food anywhere as there is so many small lizards and ants. Only 1 sunbed, needed 2 to be honest. Not much sunshine as the villa overshadows the area due to how tall it is. The staff accused us of making a blue stain on the sheets and told us they would charge us for this. The stain came from sitting on their blue cushions outside after going in the pool which ruined my fiances shorts as the stain won't come out. :(

Great having our own swimming pool, WiFi and air conditioning was great. The breakfast provided is very good with a choice of a freshly cooked meal each morning and a buffet for pastries, potato, coffee, juice, salad and fruit. Quiet location sort of close to a rice paddy. Gardens of rhe property of beautiful and well kept. They clean your pool everyday too. Grab, gojek and bluebird will pick up in this area which was good, as you definitely need it.

The villas though they are clean have been poorly maintained and needs repainting.

The staff of the hotel are very helpful and accommodating with our requests. They also provided us a sumptuous floating breakfast. There are also nearby cafes and famous bakeshop around the area.

Of course some parts could be renewed as many other reviews say but it was no big deal for us. Some smells in the bathroom were a bit disturbing

The hotel manager Ketut has always been a big help and so was the overall hotel staff! They always helped where they could. The breakfast was huge and delicious, it has always been refilled and we felt satisfied every morning. The rooms are comfortable, the area is very spacious and has everything that we needed. The pool and room were cleaned everyday.

Property is nice, however room could do with a bit of a spruce up. Bathroom sink taps need updating or fixing, did not have an even flow of water. This is easily fixed with a new aerator on the tap. outdoor Shower tiles looked a bit grimey. The configuration of access from the bedroom to the undercover outdoor living area could be better. One has to walk outside down the steps from the bedroom then back up the stairs to the outdoor living area just opposite. This is where the fridge is located. A small bar fridge inside the bedroom could also be a good addition. Breakfast could be better, Along with the in room dining menu, which had very limited options. Needless to say I ate all my meals except one breakfast off site. Staff are helpful and attentive.

Great value for money, well located, in a good street, convenience shop next door, a number of restaurants within walking distance. Nice private villa, very quiet.

I stayed in Villa No 3, The villa was exactly the same as shown in the photos, it was a huge villa. Everything was good, the staff are extremely polite and helpful, everyone was very welcoming. It was our honeymoon and we had arranged for the flower decoration in the pool, it was great, being an Indian the dinner was a bit hit or miss for some of the items, the breakfast was great, the chef was very welcoming and concerned about us liking the food he cooked. I would definitely recommend everyone

Room facilities were a little tired however the place had likely received no income for a while due to covid. Perfectly serviceable though however to receive full marks some sympathetic refurb would be needed
