Great Villa, lots of room, good AC and bathroom, great pool and outdoor area. Mini mart right next door was very convenient.

Place is still recovering from COVID, facilities are just ok and its only a 2 star place at best. Breakfast is terrible to be honest and wouldnt take much to improve

the Visa card machine got stuck for one hour upon arrival, they don’t have contact-less, and they are not very cooperative I asked them to give me the room until their machine work as the problem was from their side and not mine, they told me to go withdraw money which I cannot when in a foreign country as the bank charges are extremely high! i had to wait in the lobby till it got sorted out another day i got locked out of my own villa! someone from housekeeping I guess locked it with a padlock and the key i have was not opening it, even the staff couldn’t get it opened, I literally stayed locked out for more than 20 mins

Staff were very kind and helpful. Restaurants nearby and we could easily order transport if we wanted to go further. Room was clean and loved the pool.

It was bad and unpleasant. Looking at the other reviews I see many similar experiences in this villa, some going back several years. The owner responds each time saying it’s been fixed, but in the villa we stayed, none have been addressed… These false claims by this villa are unattractive. Here is what the experience was like in a single villa here (I don’t know what the others were like). There are some similar complaints to previous reviews. 1. The paint is pealing off the walls everywhere. 2. The power outlets are very inconvenient, there is no place to charge a phone or laptop. 3. The kitchen dishwashing liquid had brown bits and yellow tint - it looked mouldy. 4. The swimming pool had lots of white bits (not sure what) floating in the surface, and harder white pellets in the bottom. It felt unhealthy, are they insect/rodent poisson pellets? 5. The bathtub had insects in it. 6. The shower was absolutely disgusting, mould growing everywhere, paint peeling off, even the soaps smelt bad. 7. The lock to our villa is an archaic padlock with a key that didn’t work. 8. The tiles across the indoor and outdoor parts of the villa are collapsing and broken into pieces. 9. The roof had also become a habitat for an animal, it left crumbs/dust piles in the morning over the coffee table. 10. Table surfaces in the entire villa had coaster stains, wipes etc all over them. It didn’t look clean. 11. The toilet door would not open fully. And it smelt of mould. 12. Insects everywhere in the room. 13. The bedsheets did not look clean, bits of something (crumbs?) all over. And itchy. Which made us question if there were bedbugs. 14. The plants didn’t look cared for. Overall the whole place looks abandoned, outdated, unclean and uncared for. The place made you feel depressed. It’s a shame because it could have potential. But this is not worthy of the price at this current moment. I hope they decide to do something about it and good luck in future!

Sadly we had Ants in the bedroom and at the sink in the bathroom crawling onto our toothbrushes. The picture were a bit misleading as the accommodation we booked isn't in the state shown on the pictures.

The water heater is not functioning well; water pressure is like a boy peeing; breakfast is very average level, nothing to expect; location wise, it is not walkable around the area; bathtub is not working, the pipe constantly has disgusting dirts coming out of it;

Property facilities needed a bit of maintenance. But still a beautiful and spacious villa.

Property location was amazing, close to great restaurants and a short drive away from Seminyak. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and very helpful for any requests we had. Would highly recommend this place. Complimentary breakfast was nice as well.

One of the rooms in the villa was close. Looked like the staff didn't have the keys when I arrived. Also, I didn't get my breakfast on both days even though I explicitly ordered it to be at 9 am. Overall the property and management seem "tired" to me.

it didn’t had any soap bar or shower cap , before leaving I’ve asked what time was the check out and they replied me at 12pm, I went for breakfast and came back around 11:10, my bag was already at the front desk , didn’t like it at all

After arriving late at night from Sydney they were not ready for us, in fact the security guard and the other gentleman behind the counter had no idea we were coming. We had to show them the booking and they made some calls and then they still had to go check the room to make sure it was ready. We also payed for breakfast in but they did not have breakfast at the villa and we were told if we wanted breakfast that they would order it for us from elsewhere. So we did, but only one time as it came cold and not very good. So some wasted money there.

paid for 2 beds but when we arrived they told us we can only have 1 bed and then once in the villa they told us that they locked off the other part of the villa with the other bed in it. wouldn’t recommended staying here if choosing a 2 bed option
