Only one restaurant option which was fair. Breakfast almost same daily. Lagoon activity, firefly prices were more like Singapore prices.

Great location, right next to the ferry terminal. Very attentive and friendly staff without hovering. Got early check in and late check out without asking. Great lagoon and room right next to it. Jacuzzi worked well and room facilities good. Unlimited towels, buggy rides. Spacious room ample for one king and two single beds for the kids.

breakfast variety is disappointing for a 5 star establishment. around 9am the food is not hot anymore as well. No supermarket or many restaurants nearby so we had to mainly eat in the resort.

Being in Indonesia, we expected the prices for food and activities to be on the very affordable side, however, food prices would come close to staying at a hotel in Singapore. A lunch meal for 2 adults + 1 child would come close to SGD95. Treasure Bay (not a part of Natra) offers many wet and dry activities but you will need to pay for every single one of them and some (or most) of the prices are very close to what you could have paid for in Singapore. We were there to have fun and de-stress so we ignored the prices and swiped our cards away but the stress came back once we were back home and looked back at all of the receipts.

It's a unique glamping stay, something different from the usual lush hotels we were used to. We were worried that we would be peckish at night since there were no convenience stores around the area however, there was still an option for in-room dining even though we were sleeping in a tent! There was even an option to have a BBQ outside our tent so we had it for one of our dinner nights. The breakfast spread was good and sufficient too. As for the "room" itself, we were very happy and comfortable. It had a very spacious and comfortable bed, air-con to beat the heat outside and good channels for TV entertainment. Oh, and the spa is not bad.

It was located inside a huge area which is only can reach by car and transportation in Lagoi quite expensive. To go outside just for lunch around 2-3 kms you have to pay IDR 300.000 two ways. The price for activities also very expensive, thoug as Natra gues we got 20% disc still quiet high for us.

All area were very clean, staff very friendly, breakfast many variants.

1. Ofcouse number 1 would be the staff. They are very accomodating, very helpful and very professional especially Yunita at the reception. The service we received from the staff is very commendable. 2. The place is amazing and very relaxing.

The Glamping Tents are well maintained, well decorated, clean and comfortable. The lagoon is beautiful and there are many activities to do there. The restaurant and cafe both had great food and service All staff would go there extra step to make sure everything was perfect. They were all extremely helpful.

It was a unique experience staying in Natra Bintan. It was clean and well maintained. The stay was comfortable and food was excellent. The staff was fantastic and provided excellent service during our stay.

Could have added more activities or perhaps keep us more well-informed of what activities there might have been installed for us, both at the resort or outside.

Staffs were very friendly. Room was clean but expect "flapping" noise from the canvas walls when the wind blows even at night. Pretty cool to me if you were to ask. The shower area was indeed "Natural", pretty awesome. Food was nice - has vegetarian options though fairly limited to Pizzas, spaghettis etc, and Indian Cuisines. Neighboring resort has choices of vegetarian options such as burgers as well, which was a mere walk away. Therefore food is not much of a problem for vegans and vegetarians like myself.

Excellent rooms, food was great and the lagoon was beautiful. The staff was extremely polite. Nugie and Sylvia were very helpful. We are vegetarians and Nugie specially spoke to the chef and got some vegetarian items made for our breakfast

That we didn’t stay long enough!

The staffs were all sooo friendly and attentive. We had an issue with the alarm clock in the room going off randomly at 2am. We didn’t mean to complain, we simply asked about it to the staff, and the next day they came with a fruit platter and hand written apology note 🥹 We received an upgrade which is soo so appreciated! Room is very clean. Bed is softer than what i would like but not a problem for us.
