No TV in main lounge room. No washing Facilities but it was only next door so it didn’t bother us.

A bit away from the hustle and bustle. The pool at your dining room door . Loved the outdoor bathroom and housekeeping everyday twice was exceptional service very friendly and welcoming. Helpful with calling bluebird taxis if we ever needed it.

one thing I did notice is there was slight mould in the bathroom and around the pool tiles but i noticed they were taking care of it. other than that, everything was fantastice!

It was a great place to stay! The rooms were massive in size and so were the bathrooms. The bathrooms were semi outdoor which was gorgeous! Our room opened right into the pool which was fantastic and the pool water was warm all throughout our stay. a nice and quiet place as well. Lovely place and fantastic value for money.

It’s a mansion at a reasonable price.. Our stay was very comfortable and we were even upgraded to a better villa. We had to stay the whole day at the Villa during Nyepi at the Villa and we did not have any issue since it was equipped with a proper kitchenette along with Netflix to watch which was an add on. The manager helped us with finding everything we needed before Nyepi so that we do not have any issue during our stay.

The place feels slightly dated and could use a fresh coat of paint but the price reflects that.

Loved staying here. Such a beautiful garden, amazing pool, kind staff and the room was more like a mansion. It was huge! And the bathroom was incredible, a half outside half inside kind of thing with beautiful balineese reliefs and the staff would daily light incense to keep mosquitos out.

I didn't like the shower being outside because it was so hot out there. The area outside the complex was scruffy and too much noise from traffic.

The room was lovely but I expected it to be bigger. The photos look better than the real thing. The staff were great. Pool and jacuzzi were great.

I love the idea of showering outside with a view of the sky, and the bathroom was alright, but some things could be improved here. There was what looked like a very uncomfortable bathtub, but it didn't work anyway. Also over the shower was a big tree, so the ground was always covered in leaves and such. Also I guess you could say the place was a bit older, not a big problem, and still really great value for money, but worth mentioning. A bit of a drive to get to the beach as well, but I knew that when I booked.

I guess they must have overbooked the room I chose, because they gave me a different villa, but no complaints because it was larger than what I booked. The grounds have 5 villas, two are next to each other, but the other three are all separate buildings, and one large pool in the middle. You have a lot of privacy here! The staff were very friendly and helpful, I had two cousins who weren't staying, but needed to go to the airport in the evening of my first night's stay, and they graciously let them hang with us in our room and use the pool as well while they waited to leave. The villa was really big with a large open space living room/kitchen/dining room, and a separate bedroom with an outdoor bathroom (don't worry, it's still very private and secure feeling.). The staff came to clean the room in the morning, and then again in the evening they came to "turn down" the bed (a service I hadn't experienced before), and put a mosquito coil in the bathroom.

The balcony door had a gap from the inside of the sliding door to the outside of about 2 inches. Frequently I saw mosquito's enter via here and flying on the glass. Unfortunately, I was absolutely destroyed with mosquito bites. I counted 19 new bites in 24 hours when I woke up. There was also a grey chaise lounge in the room that was heavily stained and had a rip in it that should be removed from the room to keep in tone with the rest of the room, which was to a very high standard of cleanliness aside from this.

The room and bathroom was incredibly clean. The location was very quiet but also had very central amenities nearby and is not far walking from central Seminyak, but again in a very chill area from the hustle and bustle. The pool was beautifully clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and were wonderful in trying to deal with the mosquito infestation in my room, lighting coils when requested. The aircon was amazingly cold. The bed was very comfortable. There was filtered drinking water available to refill my bottle. The site was very, very peaceful.

It’s not really the property but because bathroom and dining/kitchen area are outside so the mosquitos are also everywhere but the staff come every night to spray and light repellent coils and pull down your bed net. The staff are amazing.

There properly is STUNNING. I stayed in the suite and it was honestly out of this world. So spacious and pure luxury.

I cant find a single negative thing about this stay

The property is located very close to Sunset road. Its clean and well maintained. The hospitality is top notch and they always greet you whether its day or night. Hotel staff is polite and very welcoming. Plus points for indians - very close to Indian food restaurant (Namaskar thali) About the room , its spacious and clean. Bathroom gives you a close to nature feel with a modern touch. We booked a villa and the villa feels like a dream home with very well maintained furniture, cool air conditioning in room as well as hall area. They also provide kitchen appliances and utensils for a quick self cooking(whenever you need) Hands down , its the best stay in Bali(without a double thought). Go ahead and book this stay.
