This is a beach club, meaning the hotel service is more appropriate for a 1 night stay than long term. We stayed six nights. Our room was really dark, and the bathroom was really dark as well, difficult to shave or to make up. The room wasn’t t really clean, I requested to remove big spider web under the console and the shower was booked. Then it smelled quite bad the rest of the stay. Also the breakfast options are limited ( if you select only inclusive items), so at the end we were going out for breakfast.

The Location is nice and the small beach is really appreciable. Close to a lot of cafes, restaurants and beach. The staff was really kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable. Beautiful ocean view. Even if the beach club had some party the noise was not an issue.nice outdoor garden.

For a 5 star hotel room, it wasn’t that clean. I found the bathroom and shower a little bit icky. It seemed a little dirty. There were dead mosquitoes on the wall in the toilet. The changing room for the luggage is very dark and kind of feels dodgy or pointless as you cannot see anything in there.

Excellent views, spacious room, very helpful and friendly staff. Grateful, great ambience, interesting decor and overall a great stay, looking forward to come back.

No water pressure. Couldn’t take a shower or even shave at the basin. No water other than a drip. Ridiculous when paying such high price.

The only fault I could mention is that the outdoor shower doesn’t have any shelving to put shaving gel, razor etc which I could imagine being more annoying for a couple. I was a solo traveller. The hot water lacked pressure too, taking a long time to get hot. But that’s being picky.

Jon and Novi were fantastic staff members who went well beyond the norm to make sure I was well looked after. Stunning property and great music.

We didn't like to swim in the pool - it was too hot and the water seems not very clean :o/

The rooms was wonderfull and we enjoyed the beautiful styled and clean room and the staff was sooo nice - they even left me roses for Valentines day :o) The hotel is placed in a very nice area and just a shot walk to the iconic sunset bar Single Fin. We enjoyed very much our stay.

We staid in a sea view suites and there was a peculiar and unpleasant smell in the bedroom. The staff quickly fixed it with incense though after which it was fine.

We really loved our stay at Ulu Cliffhouse. It is particularly perfect if you are looking for a hotel that can also serve as a beach club/day activity during your time in Uluwatu. Staff is very nice and accommodating and facilities are great. We were there on Monday night and there was no loud music.

The pool was quit warm and you should be aware that this is a beach club! Meaning, if you like beach club you have come to the right place. If you prefer something more quite you might find it a bit noisy

I stayed over NYE so can’t really comment on the quietness as there was an event which we were aware of. Staff were really accommodating allowing us to check in early. Also the check out time is really good unlike most places it’s 12pm

The communication was not very great. Before our checkin nobody responded to our booking messages and to the whattsup messages we sent to the number provided on booking were left unanswered. After we arrived, we found out that there were some private parties that restrained us from using all facilities which was disturbing as we were informed only when we wanted to use them (e.g.: birthday party at the restaurant).

The views from the location are amazing. The food from the restaurant tasty. The general atmoshpere is pleasant, chill beach club style. The staff was very nice and polite.

Some of the hotel chairs, sofas, and pool beds are not well mantained and have stains and ruptures.

The location and views from the room and hotel are amazing. The staff is friendly and profesional and the facilities are great. The breakfast was also very tasty and big.

There was noisey construction next to the pool and the music in the afternoon and evening was very loud. I wouldn't stay here for relaxation.

Breakfast was pretty average, and SO slow.. we had to cancel our order on our last AM after waiting 45 mins for a smoothie bowl, as driver was waiting to take us to the airport. Cocktails bartenders need a little more training too.. often watery / not cold enough and flavours / balance off...

The venue & room were incredible. One of the best rooms / hotels we've stayed in! The pool / cliff view day beds + service were amaizng, and the DJ nights are down on a deck over the water so you can choose to go or not.. We would definatly come back to stay again.. the place and rooms are much better than the photos show! :) Keep in mind on a Saturday night at 2am it is kick-out from the club, wasn't too bad - we were woken up at 2am but only for 5 mins of reasonable noise.. and we were pre-warned of this by reception so was fine :)

The service is not 5 stars at all… no welcoming, they don’t care and treat you as good as if you were 18 in a hostel. For the price the staff should be much better !

We booked a particular room and we didn’t get it! There must have been a mix up in our booking so we were very disappointed but they did compensate us and refunded us some money!

Ulu Cliff house is our favourite! Second time staying here and we will 100% be back! The staff are so friendly, the breakfast is great, rooms are huge, the location is insanely beautiful and the cliff colada could go down as one of the best cocktails ever!
