Breakfast was not up to a standard expected of a $300 a night hotel. Traffic in the vicinity of the hotel was horrendous. Few outdoor area to relax

All good

Extremely well maintained property, where the staff perform at the highest level. The premises is constantly manicured and tidied. Any towel used by the pool is changed and rolled up with a flower next to it. Your room is straightened numerous times of the day. Breakfast was fantastic served by very grateful staff. Very quiet( no kids). They also have a massage service attached which is superb. The great staff are the secret to this hotel.

Stunning modern hotel at a top location in the heart of Seminyak. Lovely pool, very clean room with comfortable bed, large shower. Friendly staff. Kim Soo, Sea Circus, Neon Palms are right next door.

Felt stepping into ‘A Passage to India’. Loved the classic design. Loved the 5pm drinks and canapes! Staff were all wonderful.

Bit of musky smell at first but I assumed that was just because of being closed for so long after covid (definitely was not a turn off)

The rooms were super spacious, open and had a nice antique feel. the bathroom was huge, big tub, hairdryer and great water pressure from the shower (hot water was nice)

The cleaners of the room missed coffee stains on the walls, there was a sewage-smell in the bathroom. The bathroom scale did not work. The staff did not replace coffee pods & i missed granola & tea on the breakfast menu

I loved the bed, the room had great wifi, the decor was very pretty. I loved the view from the balcony, the swimming pool, smart tv. The location of the hotel was great.

There is mexican disco near and it is very hard to sleep with the music so loud and vibrating in the room.

Breakfast was extremely busy on one of the days and all the food items came out under cooked. No proper coffee served either just a coffee machine.......... It would have been nice to have some kind of balcony/seating area outside your room.

The location is great for exploring Seminyak & Pettitenget. Lovely surrounds and garden along with a good swimming pool although at times it was hard to get a deck chair!

Noisy

Great little hotel. The location is right in town. This is good and bad. Is very noisy at night with the Hotel Mexicola nightclub going to 1am. You would sleep much to they close. Apart from that is a beautiful hotel, staff are awesome!

- central means loud - thumping base from nightclubs and you’ll need earplugs - the pool is small, and very close to all of the rooms; not somewhere you can chill out and read a book (too cramped / loud) - super loud Australian guests (not the hotel’s fault, per se, but the staff were too polite to intervene when they were yelling to each other at midnight) - some parts of the bathrooms are showing wear and need a refresh - showers are mostly hot but I had a couple of warm ones (at busy times of day)

- very centrally located; short walk to Seminyak shops - very friendly and helpful staff (really great) - a good, large bed - aircon works well - clean rooms

overpriced in comparison with other Bali accommodation we stayed in. the breakfast offered was unfortunately sub-standard for the room price charged, especially when such good offers were made in cafes in the same neighbourhood
