Do yourself a favor and find another hotel. I promise that you will not regret it! I have stayed in more than 200 different hotels throughout my life. Never in my life have I experienced such a nasty and gross hotel as The Cozy Villa Lembongan. I could write a book about the problems in the hotel but I will keep it short just to inform you about the worst things that are awaiting in this hotel: 1. There was a hole in the side of the toilet so the toilet water was running out on the floor when you flushed it. YES! You read correctly, your will be able to enjoy your poop on the floor as well. 2. When we arrived the hotel staff was bathing in the pool with all their cloth on. The pool was so dirty you could not even see the bottom of it. 3. There was a hole in the roof in our bungalow so it rained directly into our room. 4. When you opened the fridge you got a a cloud exploding in you head with a stank of must. 5. The restaurant was so dirty that there were flies all over the place. It was horrible eating breakfast there as you had to keep trying getting the flies away from you food. We did not experience this in other places. When we tried to get in contact with the receptionist the day after we arrived we found him sleeping in one of the rooms. When we told him about the problems he told us that we could change room, but all rooms looks the same. We were suppose to stay for seven nights but the hotel was in such a bad condition that we had to leave after just two night. Our advise: stay away!

The villa I stayed in was very clean and tidy. The pool and restaurant was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful! I wanted to do a tour and they helped me organise it. One of the guys working took me around the island to all the tourist points, it was a very good day

Vincent and Jalal were amazing!! We can’t thank them enough for everything they did (teaching us to drive scooters and taking us on our tour). Would 1000% recommend and definitely return to the villas. Rooms were cleaned everyday and we ate breakfast and lunch in the restaurant everyday. Everyone was super friendly and staff were lovely!

Book it! You will not regret it. The room are beautiful bungalows you have all to yourself. Outdoor bathroom where you can see the stars at night. The pool is so nice surrounded by beautiful gardens. Everyone that works here is so so nice. Could not do enough to make your stay memorable. We even rented a bike from the lady next door which they organised for us. Restaurant on site had the most delicious food. Ideal location near dream beach. Try the coffee shop next door also.

I really recommend this accommodation if you like peace and quiet. The room is very spacious, the outdoor bathroom is comfortable. The swimming pool is really big and the flowery garden was a real plus. Not to mention the friendliness of the boss and his team.

Everything! First & foremost, the staff, especially Kim, Jalal & Chef Vincent were so amazing. The owner & his wife are so lovely. The BBQ restaurant is fantastic & urge everyone to come & taste the unbelievably fresh & tasty foods- you will not be disappointed. My stay was fantastic & I'm very sad to leave but know I will return here for sure. The location is super close to the beautiful Dream beach & Devils Tears. Short distance away from exploring the other nearby sights (which I explored with the lovely Kim who was so kind, helpful & the most gracious host). I will miss everything about this place...along with the comfy bed in my lovely hut! Fantastic- come & try for yourselves.

The staff was so so friendly. Jalal was an excellent host and always very friendly. Jalal arranged our boots and trips to Nusa Penida. The cabins were very clean and the shower outside was wonderful. I would 100% recommend this accomodation

The pool was amazing, rooms were big and very clean. The location was so close to the port and had shops, restaurants and beaches within walking distance. The staff here were absolutely incredible, they did everything they could for us and helped us book day trips. I would definitely come back here and recommend to friends and family! Amazing staff and villa, not to mention the pool! I had initially planned to stay 2 nights but extended my stay. The garden and pool make you feel like you are in nature, it is very peaceful and relaxing to be there. The villas were also lovely and spacious with an outside bathroom, you can see the stars at night too! It is very close to dream beach, devils tear and many great spots! The hosts helped me with everything, I rented a scooter there too and helped me book my ferry to Sanur and transport. Great breakfast also :) All the staff were always happy and very friendly, which is very nice to see. Thank you again, it felt like home for the days I was there.
