Electricity went out for around three hours early to mid afternoon so no aircon was difficult. Chicken sate from restaurant was tough and overcooked. Bedside table would be beneficial.

Pool was great. Room was big enough. Bonus having a balcony. Fantastic value for money.

Rooms are quite rundown but comfortable, cheap and close to the airport which was all we were after. Take extra water. Only 2 small bottles are supplied. Not enough for coffee and brushing teeth.

Staff were great and kept their professionalism even after dealing with an entitled patron that thought he could leave his suite at his leisure and the checkout time didn't apply to him and that he didn't know he wasn't allowed to smoke in his room. When I asked the staff about helping me arrange transportation, the price was very high. I was able to use grab for half the cost. It was a little more plain than the way the pictures made it seem.

Walking distance from the airport. It was about a 15 minute walk from the airport. The beds were comfortable and the check-in process was easy.

The location is very close to the airport but in more residential area where i did not wanted to walk alone night times.

The hotel is OK for one or two nights stay before leaving Bali. The rooms are ok - so you have everything you need. Did not tried the breakfast.

Bathtub! You need to let the water run for 10 to 15 minutes to get hot water, but you then have enough for a really hot bath or shower. Tub will fit two people if you squeeze. Staff is always very fast and responding to anything you need, I like extra towels and they’re happy to give them to me. Great airport location. You can walk to Lippo Mall for food, shopping and massages around the corner.

Needs renovation and sheets were wet , but they changed ultimately , but still can be cleaner floors were sticky don’t know with what chemical they clean the floors and bathroom was old and ridden , it’s clean but since it’s old looks kinda odd but it was oCD for me

The safe don’t have instructions. I set off alarm but staff helped with a smile.

The bathtub had enough warm (not hot but at least warm) water for a bath. Pavillion room very large. You can get a Gojek to airport for about 18K or hotel car for 65K. It’s 10 mins away. If you want adventure and have light luggage and no fears of traffic, it’s walkable to airport. Nice for woman traveling alone and place to stay right before or after airport.

the room was ok for just stay one night, bathroom is connect to upstairs so you will hear voices. AC is loud. and its close to airport so you probably hear the planes too..

if you have an late or early flight, diana suite is close to the airport. staff is very friendly and kind, helping out things.
