Disappointed that it wasn't particularly clean. Towels and linen were worn out.

Reasonable place to stay in terms of value for money. Staff were friendly and the pool was great. Relaxed and peaceful place to stay near mertasari beach.

1) No Iron, Hair Dryer or Microwave included. 2) Decoration pillows were not clean and cutlery, plates, glasses and cups were not well presented or stored away. 3) Several items require attention when cleaning 4) House inspection should be conducted when guests have left so room can be made presentable and does not have any broken or missing items. 5) Not all staff could speak or understand English properly and communication between staff could improve.

The pool was very nice and good temperature. Staff respondse direct and friendly to requests and requests were usually fulfilled. We asked if we could borrow a hair dryer, which was provided. Extra towels, no problem. Broken items were fixed on the spot. Staff assistsed in arranging for motorcycle. A payable laundry service is available with usually only a 1 day turn around time. You can if you want have breakfast, lunch or dinner at the villa and on request they will prepare that for you.

A little far away from the attractions so need to allow for cost of travelling - still cheap to get around though.

This is great accommodation for the price, is a little out of the way but secure and safe. Loved the staff and there is a pool that is one of the attractions. Rooms are okay for the price - believe there is work getting done to upgrade the facilities.

Between the kitchen and toilet, there's a steps we have to ups and down. Sometime we stumbles. No coffee tea facilities in rooms.

The aircon in the room didn’t work very well and was a fair way away from the bed so was very hot to go to sleep. We ended up moving the bed so we could get a bit of sleep and under the bed was filthy, like it hadn’t never been moved. The kitchenette wasn’t very clean either.

I was not prepared for the wedding party that was about to take place on the premises. The entire atmosphere was busy and loud. The live band going at full steam made the whole experience unpleasant. Unless I missed the warning, the management should have informed us of the wedding event and I would have made alternative plans for the evening. In my room, the TV did not work the whole time I was there, but the staff did their best to fix the problem.

It was surely a very nice place once, but hasn't fully recovered. Many things old/worn. Restaurant is sad. You need a bike or taxi to get anywhere.

The accommodation could do with a bit of sprucing up; some of the furniture and decor was a bit shabby in places.

Lovely garden setting with lush tropical plants - a very cool, soothing and relaxing atmosphere, helped by the gentle sound of trickling water from the fishpond full of Koi Carp in the reception/dining area. Quiet location in a residential area, yet close to tourist amenities. Good sized pool. Great staff - very accommodating, and always did their best for the guests. A good selection of simple, but tasty, home-cooked food, fresh fruit juices and other refreshments available throughout the day.

Need new bicycles— they are in very bad shape—-please replace all of them they are dangerous and this is needed transportation to the beach. The owners need to address soonest….

Room was overall clean but bathrooms are very tired. It is about a 6 minute scooter ride away from the beach/cafes so keep this in mind if you rely on transport.

It was very dirty unfortunately. Towels were left completely with brown spots and lots of dirt overall in the room.

The location is ok (hard to reach without a car, due to bumpy and dark road) but close to nice restaurants and ok beach. The pool is very nice and also the plants. The room was nice and big.
