Few small things. - This was complimentary so it’s not a complain. They offered us vouchers for 2 free beers each day. The first two days they offered Bintang which was really good local beer. From third day they said you don’t get bintang, you’ll have to pay for it. They need to be consistent on this. - The room & pool towels are really worn out, we had to change our towels number of times as they were worn out. - The check out was very cold, here is your balance. Pay and thank you very much.

We stayed here for four nights with our family. We had three rooms. This hotel is in very convenient location. Beach is on doorstep and few minute drive will take you in the town. The check in experience was really good. The rooms are really specious. The staff was always happy to assist with smile on their faces. Breakfast was very good with verity of options. Swimming pool was clean. Really good WiFi through out the hotel.

Walking distance to shops, restaurants and cafes. Excellent tasty breakfast options. Rooms were spacious and clean and as shown in the pictures. Staff were friendly and helpful and made sure our stay was the best it could be. Beautiful clean spa and excellent massage service. The property had a calm ambience and atmosphere.

perfect room (Suite, 2floors, 60 sqm), good for 5-6 guests, very comfortable & tidy, nice view, big balkony, good breakfast (very nice crispy bacon); beach: 50 m from the hotel, very large, high waves, very beautiful; very good value for money, very good: friendly staff, free bicycles for hire.

The only thing I would mention is all the garbage on the beach.

The staff was very accommodating. I first had a room that was very damp. When I told them about it they looked into immediately and changed my room so I could be more comfortable. The day I left they reached out to me to make sure I had transportation to Ubud. You got 2 free beer and high tea vouchers for every day you stay.

I felt the breakfast was an unusual mixture of foods and often needed some items replaced with more hot breakfast items. A more extensive range of fresh bread would be good. And bacon, sausages etc would also have been good for breakfast.

The staff was amazing. The facilities were great and all you needed in the complex.

1. Only running machine in fitness center was out of order. 2. Breakfast with immense variety of mediocre choices. Afternoon tea offer was also no good. After that we decided not to eat at their restaurant. There are many good choices outside nearby, like in the building next door. 3. We were charged again at check-in even though the booking had already been paid via booking.com. Staff apologized profusely over and over again but in the end it still took them over 2 weeks and an escalation via booking.com to refund us.

1. Probably the best room we had during our 3 weeks on Bali. Very nice design and spacious. 2. Large pool allows for real swimming, not just dipping. 3. Good location on the edge of Canggu with beach access (near Atlas club). 4. Painting class.

The beach in front of the property needs to be cleaned as there is a lot of rubbish. The rubbish is a community issue. However, it is what you see looking out from the hotel. The room service delivery is antiquated they need an app so you can order online rather than ringing reception and then being transferred to the

The room was exceptional, exactly as stated. The bathroom and bath tub are luxurious. Great tv and room facilities. Loved swimming in the pool. The restaurant is good staff are very helpful.

Everything was perfect.

The beach was just in front of the villa and can be accessed by a 2 min walk. The breakfast was excellent with many choices and a different menu everyday. The room was clean & spacious and big and the staff very friendly, accommodating and quick to serve. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
