Firstly, I found the pool hours, opening at 8:00 AM and closing at 8:00 PM, to be quite restrictive. Extending these hours could offer more flexibility for guests.Additionally, no drinks or food, then breakfast was served. Very strange. Luckily, there were restaurants nearby. The breakfast was not good, and the lack of variety became noticeable. Introducing more options could enhance the morning experience for your guests.As for the location, while it was somewhat far from the centre, travelling by scooter was convenient, and the route was quite scenic, which was enjoyable. Although there were many mosquitoes in the cabin. Making the cabins less open could further prevent mosquitoes from entering so easily. Regarding the location, although it was a bit far from the center, traveling by scooter was convenient and the route was scenic, enhancing the overall experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed the tranquility of the area which greatly contributed to a relaxing experience. The pool was lovely, and the cabin impressed me with its spacious layout, including its own private entrance. The overall appearance of the hotel was also very appealing. Additionally, the surroundings of the hotel were quite pleasant.

Beautiful huts. Clean and nice vibe. Good location. Just one suggestion. They can keep drinking water available for refill bottles and avoid providing plast small bottles everyday.

If there's anything that could be improved, it's the quality of the water in the shower and the sink where we brush our teeth.

Very good service, accommodation and location... They offer motorcycle rental, which makes it much easier for guests to get around the island.

The aircond is to far from the bed so its kinda hot at night, the water is salty like they are using sea water.

The size of the room and the washroom are larger than expected, the room decoration is nice.

We had a lovely stay at Jukung Cottage. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was tasty and our room was comfortable - spacious and air conditioned. The pool was a great asset and the location (North-East) was ideal for us. It was much quieter than the west side...

Don’t be afraid of spiders (we saw a big big one) and insects… But you know the risks about that when you come on Penida Island. It’s not the hotel’s fault. But maybe clean spiderwebs in the bedroom would have been nice.

Many services provided like renting a scooter or tour. Nice place in general. I really liked the bathroom!

The restaurant and bar were closed for renovations, even though it looked derelict(genuinely think it was just closed), breakfast at the hotel was mediocre at best( better off going for a walk to one of the warungs for a decent breakfast) however it was included with the stay. The place is a little far(20 minute walk) from anything resembling a town and the beach is not somewhere you can swim(fishing boats everywhere). The rooms hot water was not hot at all, however it was refreshing given the heat.

The staff were amazing attending to our every need and they were really helpful with suggestions about where to go and what to see. The beds were by far the comfiest I'd ever slept in whilst travelling and the pool was nice and big. There is a mini mart 20m from the lobby which was helpful. In room wifi and wifi around the place was good and staff helped with all our transport needs.

Very cute bungalow. We spent 3 days. Everything is clean. It is close to the excellent restaurant Chill and Cactus. The atmosphere of the bungalow is real Balinese. All recommendations.

The location was in the middle of no where, difficult to get around, we were lucky that our hotel had a driver. There was nothing to do in the local area, and only a few restaurants across the road.

Typical Balinese cottage all made of wood. The pool is very nice and illuminated in the evening.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel, large clean rooms, young and competent staff, they helped us to organize a tour of Nusa Penida. Their driver was terrific, on the winding, poor state roads we didn't got sick thanks to his smooth handling. Worth of note, aside the pool you swim in, the hotel has a pool - a billiard! - and a table tennis, real fun at the end of the day

The location could have been better, it is far from the tourist spots of the island!

Staff was very nice and helpful with the rental of a motorbike! Comfortable room and nice pool. The food was very good, don't forget to try the mango juice!!
