Everything Amazing

Very good breakfast and the view from our room is amazing. Amazing property with fantastic views and room and everything we stayed in bali in 5 star hotels and paid for times more and didn't get this type of rooms or service or view from our room.I am going tell my friends and family to stay in this hotel .Amazing view with fantastic rooms and service and they provide free soft drinks complimentary as well everything better than some 5 star hotels in Bali.

Only a few options of food and juices are available on site. Only black coffee is available. The sink drain was rusted. Bed sheets and towels were clean but had a few spots. The duvet had a few holes.

We had very nice experience staying for 3 nights. The hotel is on top of a hill overlooking the ocean. The room is bright and spacious, bed is comfortable. Infinity pool is amazing! The staff is super helpful and always friendly.

Sadly bed was little moldy, but I requested to changed all the sheets next day so it was better. There was lots of ants eating something on the floor. There were many bugs... This place would be perfect if they changed the sheets right before the guest check in and clean the floor on the same day in case this happened again.

Beautiful place. Amazing view from both the room and the pool. Even from the bathroom! We could see both ocean and the mountain. It was one of the most beautiful sights from both the pool and the balcony in the world!

I liked everything.

Property was beautiful, clean, with an amazing view. The room and bathroom was spacious, new, and clean. We had our own balcony and a lot of natural sunlight. The pool was incredible with sunrise view.

The red ants are a problem. Small and hard to see. They seem to get into everything and you know when they bite.

The hosts, cocktails and home made spring rolls were on point! 👌

The food was insane. Chicken Satay, banana pancakes, fried noodles, we LOVED the food. Amazing view. But nothing tops Wayan Lamot who handled everything - our checkin, taking food orders, making our drinks, helped us rebook to a better ferry but best of all, he took the time to talk to us about his life on Nusa Penida. We kept asking him questions and it was THE MOST interesting conversation to hear his perspective on life, how he experiences his life, we learned so much and it made us feel so connected to this place! Wayan is the heart of this place and he made our stay one that we will never forget.

We were not informed in advance about the construction at the hotel and the noise disturbed us during the stay. Also we were surprised there was no restaurant and no bar.

The breakfast was simple and nice, staff was polite and helpful. Very good place for a short stay, mainly for couples, not much to do for kids. We really enjoyed the view and the pool.

However, the room itself, even though it's spacious does not feel like a 4-star hotel room. The bed sheets were a bit dirty and the room felt not as well thought when it came to design and arrangement. there are also a lot of bugs around.

The staff is amazing and super friendly. The view of the hotel is superb, quite remote and calming. The food is also super good.

There was nothing that we didn’t like :) I might suggest adding some more vegetarian options to the food menu though Also just to note to future bookers, if you’re someone who likes to be able to walk to a lot of restaurants/beaches then there isn’t much of an option for that here (you can rent a scooter, but the hill to the property is very steep!)

Rooms were so spacious and nicely decorated, bright and modern, with a great minibar. And the bathroom was so big and luxurious (although showers could maybe be upgraded). The view from bed was just amazing! The pool was fantastic too, felt like something out of a magazine, especially with the sun loungers in the water! The stand out of this property were the staff, they were unbelievably helpful and attentive and arranged absolutely everything for us, even our transit on mainland Bali. The Wifi was great throughout, and the location on the island felt good as it wasn’t too far from snorkelling trips/the port.

We had amazing stay in this amazing place. Exceptional service, clean, spacious rooms with the most beautiful views. We enjoyed the infinity pool and comfortable sun lounges. The staff was very helpful, always with big smile. Special thank you for Wayan, Kadek, Komang, Ketut (sorry if spelled names wrong 😑) for making our stay unforgettable. Only highest recommendation for this place.

As good as the location is, it is also far from the main beaches on the island so you will either need to rent a motorbike or pay to get a driver. The restaurant is decent but just average. There are a lot of other options if you're willing to take the road. The bathroom can smell sometimes. The staff will help as much as they can with it. The hotel looks nice but when you start paying attention to the details, keeping in mind it is supposed to be a 4 stars hotel, you find that maintenance could be a bit better: planks around the pool are torn, sunbeds look overused, bathroom floor has a lot of marks (that cannot go away apparently), the bathtub (where the smell comes from) isn't really inviting, the shower has part of its plumbing sticking out the wall, our room door couldn't open properly and sound proofing is poor. The staff who helped with the smell did come into the room, twice, keeping their outside shoes on...

Amazing location on the hill looking over the water straight in front of the Agung volcano. Only 8 rooms so a limited amount of guests around the pool makes for a nice and quiet experience. Room was large and comfortable. Staff was very kind and helpful. Can easily rent a motorbike to tour the island (kinda necessary)

The breakfast was really small. You can have just one meal from the menu. Basically, that’s eggs of omelet with two pieces of bacon, five peace’s of fruits, coffee/tea and juice. The choice is very poor. We also had dinners in the hotel as there was nothing around where it’s possible to eat safely. Chicken satay was amazing. But we also ordered burger and seafood and that was horrible!!! Not eatable. So some dishes they made delicious and some not. Also there is only black coffee, no other choice. I asked cappuccino and they brought me an instant coffee from the packet….horrible.

The location is on the top of the hill, the hotel provided a pickup from the port, which was a good bonus. It’s only 5-7 min driving. But there is nothing around the hotel if you like walking. There is nothing to do on the island without a scooter or taxi. The room and the pool and the territory were amazing, the stuff was kind and helpful.

Nothing not to like

The warm welcome upon arrival, the Absolutely stunning property and breathtaking view overlooking the sea. The view from the gorgeous room overlooks the pool that is only a stones throw away. A special mention to the staff Wayan (it was lovely talking to you Wayan) and Ketut who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and comfortable and all the other staff who were very polite and attentive.

At the time of booking I had clearly mentioned that I will be staying with my two kids which required extra bedding for which I was ready to pay additional charges . But to my surprise it was denied at the time of check in . We had come from india and it wasn’t feasible for me to make last minute arrangements instantly for another accommodation. Which I felt could have been accommodated by the staff . It took a lot of hassle for me to book another hotel and stay there for night and leaving my two kids staying here alone. My suggestion is you should be considerate enough for such instances.

The outlook was great, the room was spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool was a nice after a day out sightseeing. Breakfast and dinner were good.

The staff were amazing, warm friendly and very helpful. Only 8 units in the complex which was nice.

I think in generql the quality of the food offered could be increased. There were not many gluten free options but the chef used the gf bread we had with us to adapt some plates.

The facility is honestly beautiful with and amazing infinity pool and a really nicely furnished room. The bed is very comfortable and a really big bathroom. The staff was super helpful with us, we had a problem with leaving the island because of a storm and they were super helpful into allowing us a late check-out and arranging another boat ticket through an alternative harbour.
