Long drive to reach it. But it worth . We got the Royal villa that was superb . Just the dining room had only a table and no sofas or furniture. It looks not finished . But a minor aspects .place, menu, service ( butlers were Super )

Well the staff is really kind, but it was just a bit too much. They will try to sell something all the time, especially in the restaurant. The food is nothing special, the price definitely doesnt meet with the quality.

It was unforgettable memory to stay this resort. I have never seen like this beautiful place. Staff, food, view ..everything is perfect. Especially the guy whoes name is 박새로이 was so kind and good at speaking Korean. And also staff Toni and Adi were also very kind. They were very nice and professional so l and my wife were deeply satisfied with their service. Thank you so much 박새로이, Toni, and Adi! I hope to visit this resort again.

There is a scheduled shuttle bus to Ubud city center but the last one is at 7 pm from Ubud back to resort which is too early and you can not have dinner in Ubud center in that case. The location is pretty far from center, it took 30 mins to reach Ubud center and you can’t find grab or gojet easily. Also there is a daily yoga session at 7 am which the coach was not good at my opinion. He is so expert and professional but he did’t consider the guest are not expert and they are mostly beginners and the moves and exercises were not suitable for beginners and it could hurt us. I think swimming pool working hours should be longer than 9 pm for a resort which is based in the middle of jungle and far from the city center. A disappointed thing was that couple of staff put some stuff on the pool beds and it looked like somebody reserved them, and after couple of hours they gave those beds to some special people that they maybe confirmed with them. In total the price doesn’t worth it.

The pool and outdoor area was amazing, stunning and charm. The food and breakfast also nice and wonderful. Most of staff were so nice, welcoming, respectful and helpful especial Ida, Tina and Deni.

A bit overpriced for Ubud in terms of price

Main pool a bit cold, jacuzzi was fine . Breakfast very good and lot of choices , prices not bad about food and drinks . Bruschetta very good taste , and coffee too. Nice views. Rooms big

Honestly the best resort/hotel experience of our lives! I could not speak highly enough of this place. Everything from the food to the staff was amazing. We spent 6 nights in one of the gorgeous villas and had the best time of our lives. The staff were so welcoming and cooperative. I will come back again and would absolutely recommend

My wife, being a vegetarian, struggled to find food options in their menu. They would benefit from adding a few more South Asian vegetarian options to their menu. Also, some areas, such as the pool table area, could use a fan as being closer to pools. It gets unbearably humid. Sweating while playing pool is neither good for the customers nor for the pool table.

Pretty much everything - cleanliness, room size, quality and comfort, exceptionally good staff, keen attention to detail that staff and management displayed toward tiniest of customer needs, infinity pools, gyms. The place offers a total relaxation package and you never feel disappointed even for a moment. The staff, especially Louis, Adi, Little Krishna, and Turisky (I hope I got all spellings right), were exceptionally welcoming and hospitable.
