The first night there was a wedding so there was loud electronic music, which we were not expecting in a place like this. The manager contacted me immediately after I mentioned this to our Buttler and he apologized in behalf of the hotel, send us some complementary food and drinks and also but the volume down considerably. He explained this is supposed to be 1 day in the whole month so maybe I just got bad luck? The good thing is that the manager reacted immediately and after, during our whole stay, the great service of all the staff at the Kayon made us forget about this immediately...!

First of all the staff: service at the Kayon was by far the best in all of our Bali trip, which is a lot to say since usually service in Bali is amazing. Windy our Buttler made us a couple of surprises when she found out we were celebrating our honeymoon and also she and Hendrick always helped us arrange everything we needed (reservations for dinner, activities, floating breakfast, scooter rental, etc etc). The main 3 infinity pools were amazing and everything we expected. Happy our from 11 to 3 was also great, since the cocktails were REALLY good! Our villa was super confortable, with an amazing infinity pool (stayed at the Valley Villas with private pool). Great Mie Goreng! All the staff was super nice. They helped you with the pictures with great patience..!!

perhaps it’s a little too far away from everything. But if it wasn’t where it was, it wouldn’t be a good. so perhaps it’s just right.

we loved every thing about Kayon Jungle. The staff were what made it for us, nothing was too much trouble. the service was second to non. the surrounding jungle was truly breathtaking.

Pool could be warmer. Bed could be more comfortable.

Everything! The Valley pool villa is just FLAWLESS. The view is on another level, can’t explain in words, you need to see. We stayed there and didn’t move everywhere. Pool is clean, chill area is good, terrace perfect for dinner. Bath area is gorgeous with lots of details. At day time you can see black bees and other insects. Staff was very helpfull and quick. Room service and food was classy. Floating breakfast is a MUST. 10/10

Everything was great! The place had spectacular views of the lush greenery and the room and other areas were all clean. They cleaned our room at least twice a day and the staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. I love this hotel so much that I've recommended this place to our friends. Even the food was excellent and was reasonably priced.

Pool was great but people reserved the pool beds in the morning by putting their bag down and then not turning up for hours. This should not be allowed. Also, day trippers came in and took some of the best pool seats. The best pool beds should be reserved for staying guests only.

We thought the pricing for the wine & mixer drinks wasn’t quite in line with other drinks but it didn’t put us off.

This hotel was secluded out of a busy Ubud, the staff were brilliant, the food was superb also with lots to offer! The surroundings of the hotel were admirable. We enjoyed the daily djs/acousticians/dances. We thought the free shuttle into Ubud was really convenient too. Definitely would recommend to anyone travelling for a relaxing time in Ubud.

The property was fantastic, the pool, the views, the gorgeous rooms but what made the property the best we’ve ever stayed at, was the staff. The way each staff member took time to get to know us personally, help us to plan our stay and think of every little detail (eg providing a breakfast box for us at 2am before our mountain climb) was second to none! The distance from Ubud centre was approximately 30 minutes.

The staff and services were exceptional. The restaurant located in the resort had a variety of different cuisines and they were delicious. We were provided with a complimentary photo shoot and free 10 minute welcome massage. Yoga at the yoga pavilion was also wonderful.

We felt the food could be a lot better for a 5* resort and also the coffee & breakfast. We also came to relax and because of the day passes, we felt the pool was crowded with people taking pictures constantly and loud music. I think the hotel would suit more relaxing music.

The staff were simply exceptional. Everyone was so friendly (in particular, Chitra and Sanu on the front desk) and they really made our stay. The pool area and view was stunning - something you’d never tire of.

The food at the restaurant was average both breakfast and dinner and there is only one main restaurant which could definitely improve.

The Premiere room with the pool and jacuzzi was amazing! It’s totally worth the money and I would highly recommend it for couples, we had a great time.

- Pool did have a few bits of dirt in it which given the price wouldn’t have expected - The lights in the garden went out and it meant we couldn’t see the steps. ended up cutting my foot quite badly but the staff were lovely and very caring about it as soon as they noticed - It’s lovely but not sure if fully justified the price

- Amazing views and Pool - The staff treated us like royalty, everyone including the cleaners knew our name and where we were from - Lovely room with a great private pool
