I did not like the openness of the bathrooms as it got quite humid, and also in the ER room there was a bad smell coming from below. There was a shortage of towels for the rooms, also no towels available for pool on occasions as they were all send to laundry! Had hand towels for our bathrooms on first night only and never replaced, pool towels were given to use for showering. Our breakfast whilst very tasty, came from the kitchen to our table with cold eggs, bacon & sausages. The hotel does not serve liquor with dinner order and we didn't eat there and did not utilise our 20% discount voucher. The language was a little bit of a barrier, as not everyone spoke or understood English well, but we still managed to communicate okay.

Location was great, service staff were always helpful and friendly. It was clean and comfortable and affordable, breakfast was included and pool was clean. The surroundings at the eating area were very pretty and well maintained.

Everything was clean, staff were really nice and the restaurant food was amazing! The atmosphere throughout the hotel was so peaceful as they had music playing in every possible area. It’s also located very close to the party strip where the clubs and beach clubs which was ideal, and no you can’t hear any music or noise from the hotel.

Water pressure was very bad when using the shower and sink. Cold water barely comes out, meaning lukewarm showers has to be taken. More toiletpaper should be provided, had to call every day to ask for more. The pillows are extremely high & when we requested thinner ones, they said it's not possible.

TV & Netflix. Staff fixed our fridge when it wasn't cold enough. Friendly & helpful staff. Our room was amazing & very big/comfortable.

One day the forgot the clean our room and when stated on reception, simply being told, housekeeping already left, not a single apology or attempt to give us clean towels or do the bed. Construction noise, street very dirty and full of other constructions. Quite expensive hotel for Bali which should have reflect cheaper price bearing in mind the hotel is under construction 10h a day. Staff wasn’t the best or much helpful… they were always behind reception room talking between them

Good design and decoration, comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Nice pool, and central walk-in distance to most places. Food was delicious.

The only down side to my stay was that there was construction work going on which we were not told about before hand. They said construction was between 11am-5pm, but it started earlier, sometimes 8am. The construction was straight ahead of our pool so it was hard to forget about.

This hotel villa was amazingly clean and modern. They checked us in an hour early which was a nice touch. Staff were friendly. A nice anniversary display was made along with a cake which was also a nice touch. Very spacious lounge area and kitchen facilities. Highly recommend.

My room couldn’t lock well. The property has parts still under construction and not finished although it claims to supposedly finish sometime middle of 2023.

My door didn’t lock so had to move rooms, and didn’t feel very safe and secure as a solo female traveller. The open bathroom meant there were a lot of bugs and it was unclean. The construction was super loud during the day and at night you could hear every single noise from the rooms next door!

The staff were lovely and super helpful. I got transfer from the airport that was seamless, breakfast was very generous and location was perfect if you want to use a car as 10 mins around

As mentioned there is currently construction next door, so there was some noise during the day. There were lots of mosquitoes around - would be good to have nets for beds
